I have given this place many chances because of it's convenient location, but it's disappointing every time. The wait for the food is unreasonably long. Service is horrible, usually only 2 people working. I hope nobody goes to this location, due to it's lack of customer service, professionalism, and quality.

Well, what I don't like is we pay the full value of what is advertised we expect to get, and what we get is short of that. Look at the advertised picture and what I was given then you decide if that is worth that full value. So the workers are nice giving you that mystery bag but gave a low rating for service due to they control the expectation and preparing your order. Some workers care little about what they give you. So, for now, I have been having an inconsistent experience. Perhaps it is better to buy during times when they are busy to get hot fresh food. Notice the unmelted cheese due to the mildly warmed meat. Can you identify the lettuce on there? I wouldn't have sent that burger out like that if I was their worker...

Watched the lady blow her nose, then wipe it and immediately started touching the food NOT IN A WRAPPER. Let the lady know and the drive through what I just watched and that I no longer wanted the food I just ordered. She nor anyone else were wearing gloves and just touching everyone’s food. Yuck yuck yuck….

I was delivering food through DoorDash around 11pm on a Thursday night and had 2 small orders that i ended up waiting 40 minutes for before I just left… store had around 4 employees working at the time but only 1 middle aged man actually working from the looks of it lol I’ve NEVER in my life wrote a bad review but 40 minutes to make 2 orders? There was probably 3/4 other cars in the 40 minute time period. I did end up picking up on order which was cold when I got it…

This establishment appears to be in an unacceptable state of disarray and disrepair. I would not recommend this store to anyone. The employees were observed handling food without gloves, and mops and buckets were left out in the open. The bathroom was in an extremely unsanitary condition. I believe that the store would benefit from improved employee training and management oversight.
