Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever seen. Not only is there ALWAYS an issue with the food, every staff member there is horribly rude. Some young kid manager that closes told me he was “too busy doing manager things in the managers office to watch his employees that should know how to do their jobs” then hung up on me when I asked for his name. I gave them another chance on DoorDash and they didn’t hand the driver my drink, and all the food is mediocre at best. Save yourself the trouble and just go anywhere else.

First time ordering from this location and it was disgusting 🤮 I just wanted a deluxe chicken sandwich on lettuce sub mustard and ketchup with mayo. I also spoke to manager she thought it was funny and didn’t provide her. The food tasted old as if it came out of the garbage.

Waited 35 minutes all the staff huddled around drive thru cutting up and leaving the front counter to deal with it herself and the managers just looked at me like i was a problem wanting my food still hot very disappointed will not go there avin ill drive further for a better fadt food restuarant
The cashier Cassie was rude and too much in a hurry to sit down on her phone while every table was dirty and your shoes stuck to the floor! Not that the food was any better !I’ll never eat at this Wendy’s again!

Very impatient girl taking drive-through orders. When I get to the window, she hands me a drink carrier, and one of the lids is flooded with root beer, which spills all over my legs. I handed her the cup and asked her to put it in a different cup bc it was flooded and sticky. She takes the cup and..idk...dumps the pop off the lid and hands the cup back to me. She stares at me like she's slow when I'm speaking to her. Like a blank stare with no activity going on behind the eyes and eyelashes that look like centipedes. So that was offputting. Had me pull up so they could bring the food out. It's taking so long that I've had time to type and edit this review. I've been waiting 8 minutes after I left the window. About 6 cars have left that were behind me. Of course the food is cold.

we got 2 frosty's unfortunately they were out of chocolate so we ended up with 2 vanilla frosty's instead they were good tho....but they like to make you sit and wait in the drive thru forever b4 they take your order its very,very aggravating

As being management and other food places and being served overcooked fries to the point where they’re brittle is a very big disappointment… and then having them replaced and they are undercooked I approximately waited 7 min for the new batch of fries as I was waiting my sandwich had gotten cold
It’s not even lunch rush wasn’t even busy and maybe an order or two on the screen and they handed my plate to me as they were so sure everything was alright.
The fries looked like they were re dropped unfortunately fast food, is so inconsistent…just let the fries be dropped for the correct amount of time to avoid (undercooked potatoes) and throw them out after the times up this location for sure needs a remodel and on top of that there was no ice and drinks are warm even carbonated
The strawberry lemonade is pretty good!
