There very weird staff, one of them like Maugli kicked his chest and bawled something.Mans restroom and hole are very dirty.I waited for my order for almost 20 min.French frie had bad testy because it was made in old oil.Please do something to change this situation.

Alec is always the most helpful when taking my order. He walked around the store picking stuff up and checking on all the customers that were attending today. He asked us all if we're enjoying our food. He's the most polite person and helpful in your establishment.

I really like Wendy's but THIS Wendy's is really just awful in every way. The food is cold and gross.... The employees are the issue, I've left the location 2xs because of incompetent employees. Once when I was ordering a kids meal and the guy seriously just could not pull it together and another time when there were 5 employees standing around on their phones and messing around while we stood at the counter for over 5 minutes only to have someone finally come up and say, "we'll be with you in a few minutes". Just do better!

Really needs an update. Looks pretty rundown and dirty. This is the second time I had an issue. I ordered these chilis to go and when I got home discovered they were only half full.

Wendy's, like most fast food restaurants, is experiencing help shortages. That said, service was a little slow. The server was more than just serving, she was fantastic at her attempts to proficiently serve the drive through customers. She deserves 5+++ foe her work performance. The food was of good, no complaints. Will, continue to patronize and recommend Wendy's.

The young"lady" working drive thru 9/7/23 @6:45pm RUDE!! RUDE!!! RUDE!!! It's too bad businesses have to fill their shifts with a "body" rather than a whole person! She never acknowledged my existence except to take my card n hand me a bag... NEVER looked at me NEVER spoke to me!!.. not even a total for my order! I work in customer service and understand how it can be but there's NEVER an excuse for that type of service!!..absolutely the WORST I've EVER experienced! I WON'T BE BACK!
