Ordered our food at 2:00 on 3/8/25 and they made it wrong. Was supposed to be plain but had pickles. This was AFTER the drive through guy double checked at the window that they were suppsoed to be plain. Brought it back in and they got the manager who looked me dead in the eyes and said "I made them plain" after I showed him they weren't he got an attitude and put them on his prep table right in front of me and pulled the pickles off and handed me my bag back and said pickle free. There was pickle juice all over our food and I couldn't eat it after that. He got upset with me because they can't do their jobs right. We love white castle but its made me not want to go there anymore. We will be going to a different location from now on.
Getting food wrong happens. But disrespecting your customer is something I can't just let go. Sad we wasted our money

Well I spent $34.00 in the drive thru. Ordered 10 sack, cheese fry, loaded fry and chicken rings. Requested mustard at window along with ranch. We'll they didn't put any cheese on my fries so pretty much those cold.hard fries were.garbage My dogs wouldn't eat them!! Then I go.for my white castles with cheese that I am going to.put a pack of mustard on each sandwich and what do you know I have no mustard!! But my old man got 11 ranch cups for his chicken rings!!!!

A trip to Illinois/Indiana for the holidays wouldn't be complete without a trip to White Castle. The steam grilled oniony goodness is one of the things I really miss living in Texas. My crave clutch of 20 sliders was perfect at this location.

We went to the drive-thru saw sloppy joe sliders so we got them Good but no onions or green peppers! We went back next day n got cheese burger sliders yummy as usual!

Waited ten minutes at the speaker for them to refuse to make us food. We ordered ten impossible sliders and were told "our impossible slider thing is down." What does that even mean? It really just sounded like they did not want to make our food. I've never had this problem before. Left hungry and upset.
