DO NOT GO TO THIS WHITE CASTLE!!! I came from Florida to visit my nephew and his family. He ordered a very large order from this White Castle and got home with it…I was very excited because we do not have White Castle by us. Here were the results…all had cheese when I asked for three with no cheese…no cheese sticks given that we ordered…none with jalapeno we ordered …no honey mustard or ranch sauce for chicken we ordered…you can see the problems!! It was ONLINE SO ALL THEY HAD TO DO WAS READ IT!!!! My nephew went back which you all know is a pain to get it fixed and was made to wait 27 minutes for the order to be fixed as they waited on other people…TWENTY-SEVEN MINUTES no drink given to him…nothing offered…just an I’m sorry?? What has happened to the service in this industry? I ask you not to support this White Castle as this was the worst service and experience I have ever seen!! The hamburger I am now eating is still not right!! It has no cheese but now no onions!! This is ridiculous. The manager should be held accountable for such a mess of a situation. My nephew was offered no compensation for his time, patience, and money paid for incorrect food!! I am so sorry I asked him to go here and never will again!!
