I got here after work at 9:29pm and wanted a beer, they wouldn't give me one bc the bar "closes" at 9:30! What a horrible server!!! Technically it wasn't even the time; also, my salmon wasn't even seasoned well, looks like they were just trying to get it done, close and go home, they should take better care of their clients! Maybe don't be a server if you don't like your job! I've gone to many Applebee's all around the country, this one is the worst one!!!

Got the 14.99 auce ribbets, smelt awesome. But meat was like ground up left over meat pressed together with annoying bones. The slaw was in a 2oz cup and no way to get it out. No spoons. The carpet had holes where your feet touched the floor. Pretty sure its Beverly been replaced. Was saddened to see how ran down it was. 15 years or more it was a jumping place. Won't be going back. Sorry Vincennes Indiana Applebee's but you definitely need a good redo..

Ordered a sirloin medium. It was super thin and overcooked! A mcdonalds burger patty is thicker than their "steaks". Boyfriend ordered Alfredo pasta and got noodles. The pasta was so dry it didn't look like alfredo was even in it. Going to Texas roadhouse from now

Good was just okay. The service was mediocre, the place was all but empty (there were 2 other tables with patrons) so i expected better service. Prices are about what you would expect for a chain restaurant, reasonable. To be fair, we got there about an hour and a half before closing, so the staff might have been tired.

We waited 20 minutes for water and 15 more minutes to order when there were hardly any people there. The food was disgusting, mist likely old. The steaks tasted like they had ashes on them from a grill. The mashed potatoes were room temperature, and the vegetables looked and tasted old/stale. By the time we got our food we had waited a total of 45 minutes, and it was horrible. They replaced my husbands steak, but it was just as bad. Never again!

Was here on 11/15 @ 7pm. There wasn't many people in the restaurant. We had a table for 18It was more than 20 minutes to get our drinks. Another 15 minutes or more to get appetizers. Then our main dishes were another 20-30 minutes and we're room temp at most. I won't be back.

4pm on a Sunday, doors are locked. People are inside eating but we can't get in. Finally, someone comes to open the door, host states that the door has been locking its self all day and she can't figure out why. No surprise there. Then it took forever to get our burgers and fries. There was only one other table besides us, 2 burgers and fries should take 7.5 minutes maximum to be done. Fries were very cold and stale, no seasoning. Burgers were smashed to pieces and over cooked and over seasoned. Buns were burnt. Veggies were almost rotten. Mozzarella sticks came out cold too. Worst applebees I've ever been to.

Poor Service is a problem at all Applebee's and this one stands out. We went during lunch and it was not very busy. We ordered and waited on a margarita for quite a while. The server kept apologizing for it taking so long. When it finally arrived it was a mess, the sugar around the rim was sloppy and all down the side causing the glass to be sticky. The food arrived and the kids meals were mixed up. The side was on the wrong plate. We had to ask for have the aide for the other kid brought out. We then asked for a spoon and the waitress said she would be back with it, we never received the spoon for the applesauce. We ended up digging in our bag to find one we could use. Also watch your check, the waitress had 2 meals added on ours that were not ours and had to be removed.

Mashed Potatoes were cold like they were brought out of the fridge. French fries were barely warm..ribeyes were ok but a little tuff. No discount for our problems. Waitress was great.
