Good was just okay. The service was mediocre, the place was all but empty (there were 2 other tables with patrons) so i expected better service. Prices are about what you would expect for a chain restaurant, reasonable. To be fair, we got there about an hour and a half before closing, so the staff might have been tired.
Poor Service is a problem at all Applebee's and this one stands out. We went during lunch and it was not very busy. We ordered and waited on a margarita for quite a while. The server kept apologizing for it taking so long. When it finally arrived it was a mess, the sugar around the rim was sloppy and all down the side causing the glass to be sticky. Got the 14.99 auce ribbets, smelt awesome. But meat was like ground up left over meat pressed together with annoying bones. The slaw was in a 2oz cup and no way to get it out. No spoons. The carpet had holes where your feet touched the floor. Pretty sure its Beverly been replaced. Was saddened to see how ran down it was. 15 years or more it was a jumping place. Won't be going back. Sorry Vincennes Indiana Applebee's but you definitely need a good redo..
