Nice deli with good sammies. The bread tastes fresh and the sandwiches have great flavor. The broccoli could use some salt or butter or something to kind of bring the flavor up a little, but all in all a good fast food sammy.

Had the rudest person wait on us. We did not get our discount when we presented our ID. When scanning the app they just mumbled what was that you just scanned? No raspberry vinegrette dressing for the pecan berry salad. Only one side of dining room was open because they close in over an hour and they don't want to redo it. We normally like mcallisters but will stick to the one in Terre Haute and not Vincennes. And our sandwiches were very small

I have frequested this location several times. I love the selection and good quality. I have no idea how the Subway next door could stay in business with this option next door that is superior in every way and this McAllister's is better than others I have visited as far as cleanliness, staff, and attention to how my meals was prepared.

Do you not order from delivery here... They hardly get your order right and then doordash goes and delivers it somewhere else!! Which I feel when you order from McAlister's. It should be McAlister's that takes care of it and sends you out some more food. But no, they did not want to do that! Yes, Jacob said he would give me a refund but now I have to reorder $32 worth of food as he cannot take my order and send it out?!? They screwed up and I have to wait for my refund for a few days which in these days with Bidenomics most people can't do. But here I am. I guess I'm going to have to order from someplace else in Vincennes. Good luck!!!Oh update, McAlister's is the one who charge my account and then they graciously put the money back into my account which is wonderful but I don't know why. Jacob, the manager there could not just take a order over the phone and make all this right?!?

The customer service was amazing. The food was mostly delicious. The potato soup had a weird taste ,so I did not eat that. The spud was yummy!!! I will be back

November 4th 2023, my lovely HELPMATE and i were in for dinner and a young person on staff there was super helpful, kind with a super good attitude, sad i didn’t get her name but she has reddish hair, 18-20 and made us feel welcome, as we were walking out to the hotel behind McAlister’s Deli; i saw her helping the team with cleanup also! she should be commended / compensated for her hard work and dedication! also the food was yummy!!
