Stopped in today after a basketball game. Right behind us was our basketball teams. Orders were filled quickly, employees were so kind and patient, and the food was excellent.
This is one of our favorite places to get ice cream. Today we went and got medium concrete. They were 3/4 away full and by the time they got them too as they were already melted. $14 and very dissatisfied.
Horrible experience thus evening at 8 PM. Ordered 2 shakes and 2 cones. Sat in line 20 minutes after ordering. Order came with 1 shake and 2 cones that had ice cream running overflowing the cones. Server took them inside. Waited 10 more minutes. Finally went inside to inform manager. He did refund my $. Said that they were just overwhelmed this evening. Wow! That place needs to 'get things' in order.
