I have been coming to Lic’s - Vincennes, IN since I was a little girl. Best ice cream in town 💚
Got a cappuccino chill with my boyfriend and some friends. It was very good. Everytime I go there’s some fighting or some drama and it’s pretty entertaining to sit up there and watch. Will be going there more in the future.
First time here and was greeted with a warm welcome they have very nice/respectful customer service all in all it was a 10/10 experience
