“I recently ordered from Byron Bobe’s and waited a little bit for my pizza to be delivered. After about an hour and a half, I started thinking it was taking a while, so I checked my receipt. I had accidentally selected pickup over delivery. I was in my pajamas and knew I wouldn’t be venturing out to pick it up so I called their Vincennes store to see if I could cancel the order. The employee who answered the phone was very kind and upbeat and told me that it was no problem and that they could get my delivery sent out ASAP. I told her I was concerned that after an hour and half, it would probably be cold. She assured me that my order would be remade fresh and delivered to me. This was such great customer service to fix a mistake that wasn’t their fault, but mine. They didn’t have to honor this, but they went above and beyond. I will be ordering from here again and again!“

“What a delicious grill tenderloin. It was a hit for my wife and I ! It was fresh, savory, and seasoned just right to the taste... honestly it didn't need any mayonnaise, mustard or ketsup. even the French fries are delicious 😋 I think this will become our favorite place to go back to. Everything is clean , service is friendly and the food very hot !!! We will be back again! 5 stars and 2 thumbs up 👍“

“I get wings from here all the time but it get to close to closing and will not answer or will answer and hang back up then repeat the same thing of calling and waiting on someone to answer so when we get there 30 minutes before closing refuse to make wings that take 10 minutes and crazy bread same time so not sure what problem was,But low and behold our girl took care of us after I called to ask why and she was there is no reason your order shouldn’t have been taking so amazing as she always is and a big shout out to her Thank you!!She knows who she is and I will make sure I will tell upper management how great u r!!💐“

“Our class (South Knox.1989) held our 35th reunion dinner at Vincennes, Indiana Old Chicago Pizza + Tap Room Upstairs Reception on October 5. Valerie and her staff were “lights out” good. From helping me to plan for menu in advance through adjusting head count and menu in the final 24 hours. The facility has excellent off street parking in adjacent public lots. The upstairs reception room was secluded, with multiple TV monitors, dedicated restrooms and separate bar service. The food was excellent and right on time. Pricing for facility and menu items was average for our area. Valerie and Old Chicago provided a fantastic and memorable evening for our class Conway Cox South Knox Class of 1989“

“I've had a lot of different dominoes and by far for some crazy reason their cheese bread and their bread bites are in 11 if you were to write every other Domino's at a 10. I don't know how because every Domino's always tastes the same but this one is by far my favorite“

“Had delivery 3 times while here visiting a friend and all three times the pizza was perfect, hot and delicious. I’ve been out of the states for the past three years and live a nice home feeling and a his place delivered on that for me, every single time. If can’t me back to the area, I will order from them again.“
