I've been to quiet a few of this chain restaurants in several states. This one is slightly below standards as some of the staff aren't applying the training in aspects of the restaurant such as teh online ordering system. The last few times, I didn't get any silverware or notice via text or email about the status of my order, but there were enough people that were waiting for tpick up that the staff was able to ask my name and a few other cars to see if the order...
Am ALWAYS impressed with the service from the check in to the bar to the wait staff and management! You obviously make sure to hire good people and train them well.

Son requested Texas Roadhouse for his birthday. Had a party of five. Around 6:15 PM. Only waited about five minutes to be seated. And was pretty busy. Waitress was great. Food was great. This was my first time there.👍🏻
