Wabash location * We’ve been 3 times. Grand opening- pretzels were great! Second time it was dry and hard- definitely was sitting all day. Today- both pretzels were undercooked! Basically RAW dough inside 😐 my husband tossed them before I got photos.

The lady behind the counter got my pretzel, took my money, dropped the sauce on the floor but still put it in the bag with my pretzel. The worst thing was she never changed gloves after handling my money and picking the sauce off the ground and then went back to cutting her pretzels never changing glives.

Just wanted to get a quick snack after shopping. There was a sign saying that they would be right back after about a 20 minute wait some girl finally shows up we were waiting for her to take our order. Instead, she sat there on her phone, ignoring the fact that she had customers waiting. Absolutely ridiculous. If you ask me. You are paid to do a job not sit on your phone.

Food here isn't like the Ben's Soft Pretzels I remember when I was in high-school. The pretzels I've eaten here on a few different occasions seem old, and have sat.

The 2 males that works in the evenings are rude and unclean. They didn't wash their hands before messing with the ice cream!! They also rude to the customers because of the way they acted we haven't been back since. Tried calling the manager and they never had time to talk
