had a less than pleasant dining experience, but the manager went above and beyond to take care and rectify the problem.
Worst meal ever today. Never have we been disappointed, but the food today was horrible. Service was bad. Won't be back unfortunately, because we are so blessed to have Bob Evans in Wabash, IN. SAD about today's meal.
Nothing about my meal was edible, it was all sitting on the table when the waitress asked me if I wanted anything else, I pointed at the food and said no thanks and she disappeared! 20 minutes later I went up from and the poor counter girl had to figure it out. This was glorified dog food, with an obviously incompetent manager and a staff that just doesn’t care. I have eaten at a ton of Bob Evans, this one needs to close. Don’t eat here, you’re better than this, value yourself.
