We just stopped at Burger King in wabash and i am not from this town and i was very dissatisfied with the food . The fries were cold not even luke warm cold and old . The chicken wrap was made with old oily chicken that must have been sitting for quite some time . And the whopper was plain ? I order it with everything it was literally meat and bread .

Had a new person take our order today and unfortunately a couple things were messed up. Things like this happen and the management was very good about making it right. I hold no fault to the lady that took our order. She was trying and kept apologizing and saying she was new. I know how it is to be in that situation and I told her she was perfectly fine. All around great service and great customer service.

Everytime I come here they take way too long to get me my food. It doesn’t matter if there’s one person in line or 10 people in line. Taco Bell has amazing service, McDonald’s is even pretty quick, kfc has been good, dominoes has been great. This is just one big sore thumb in Wabash and it has not changed for a long time. Bad bad bad service.

Stopped at 2:15 pm on way home from trip. Doors locked and nothing on door to explain why. Could see a table that had someone eating thru the window. Drive thru was opened but wanted to not have to eat the car. Wendy's got our business today!

Did drive through. Food was good and hot. Quick. I'm from Fort Wayne and was shocked by how much cheaper we paid for our meals! Two it was quick service. You are waiting 30min minimum in Fort Wayne.

The Family

Why in God's green earth does this location close their digital ordering and half an hour before close. Maybe it's just me and the way I was raised in the industry but I keep my doors open till 1 minute before I'm supposed to close I'm all about customer service! So why did I call this store any specifically told me that they're open until 11:00 but I can't make an online order at 10:40. Sounds like you need a manager that alliance with the principles emission statement of this company y'all need to get it together I'm tired of pulling up the spots 30 minutes before close and services are down because people want to be lazy or they're pushed by their GM to keep numbers down. Take care of your customers bro that's how you live without us you don't have a paycheck with us you can be a shining star. It sickens me to the stomach to see the level of customer service and care that is presented in today's food service industry. Fix it get someone in there that cares customer service starts when you wake up in the morning!

It's fast food, it's not going to change your life. What it sure did was provide the correct order, quickly, hot, and with a smile, in a clean facility. If you expect more than that from a BK, the chances are better than average that they're not the problem.

The whopper was dry and had a strange taste. The employee who gave me my sandwich never said a word, but the attitude was like I was really putting a burden on their day. Made for a terrible atmosphere and very awkward. I won't burden this establishment again.
