It's fast food, it's not going to change your life. What it sure did was provide the correct order, quickly, hot, and with a smile, in a clean facility. If you expect more than that from a BK, the chances are better than average that they're not the problem.
Usually, dont have the opportunity to have something other than fries. Really wanted to enjoy the onion rings, which were limp and luke warm. Had attended a concert uptown, and I'm from out of town. So I took a chance and bypassed other places to eat. Should have taken the warning of the place under construction ad being an indication of food being kept under the warmer too long to compensate for low sales/volume (related to construction and closed dining room). Oh well....
