I have always enjoyed this franchise in Wabash but I have to give the Headquarters a Zero because I was having online order problems they told me my order wasn’t there when I ordered 3 times and found out the Wabash store had received it and they lost money on me because headquarters said my orders hadn’t gone through but found they had so before you as Corporate speak for one of your stores you need to reach out and check if there’s a problem and communicate correct information your system should be able to link into all your stores.

Really nice alot of room we moved tables to help our family and the accommodation were great the food was great
So we placed an order about an hour and 40 minutes ago we gave them the benefit of the doubt because we thought they may be slow. We call them back and said they made a mistake and put it down for delivery. Not only did they forget about us and makes mistake, and do not wanna make it right they failed to tell us the coupon was for pick up only I get this place one star because they didn’t even try to make it right we have a family event and everyone’s been hungry for the last hour. Do not recommend.

On June 8th 2023, I went online and ordered two $6.99 each 12" median size pan pizzas with two toppings for pickup at Domino's in Wabash Indiana. It said that it was accepting the two for $6.99 coupon. I was charged over $18 before taxes instead of twice the $6.99 which would have amounted to around $14. This was the online checkout price, in other words $18+ plus tax for a total of $20.09 when I checked out online. When I went to pick it up at the Wabash Indiana Domino's the attendant said that he did not make the price it came from online. My complaint is the online order system accepted my $6.99 for each pan pizza with two toppings coupon but then did not reliably use it in calculating the final price before taxes or it would have been around $14 versus 18+. Now I don't trust online pizza coupons to reliably calculate the order so I may not use Domino's anymore. This is shameful!

I was very disappointed when we received our pizza burnt and dry. Spoke with the manager and he made sure his team remade the order. The manager was pleasant, professional and delivered on his promise. The pizza was ?. The spinach feta and barbeque chicken was so tasty, my family said it was the best they've had. Thank you, Dominos for such great customer service.

Our pizza did not look the best but tasted good. We ordered 16 BQQ wings was not satisfied with how they tasted and how they were put together. First off they cold and not cooked all the way and had to finished cooking them in the air fryer at home until they were nice and crisp. Then when we got home they had no sauce on them they gave use one small diping container off BQQ sauce and had to use more from home. If this the case then then don't advertise them with BQQ sauce already on them. We will probably not get the bone out wings again but still come back for the pizza
