After last night I'm done ever going to McDonald's again . I just wanted to grab a quick sandwich before going into Walmart hungry so decided just to go through McDonald's. There were 12 cars in front of me and I still got limp cold fries and a cheeseburger that was so dry I could barely swallow it . How can that even be possible??The bun was stale tasting and feeling. The very very thin meat patty was soooo dry . Tasted and looked like it was made days ago . It's always hit and miss with getting cold fries but last night did it for me ! Not spending my hard earned money on crap like that . I love their fries , when hot, and love their diet coke and for the most part the burgers are usually not horrible but after last night I'm done getting taken advantage of . Where's the pride in quality anymore?

Just use the the drive-thru. Don't go in the lobby. They will completely ignore you inside, they only care about the drive-thru. the employees will ACT nice as long as you don't complain about anything. The moment you have a problem, nice goes out the window.

Irate!!! I don't know who this girl is running the night shift but she needs FIRED IMMEDIATELY!!! Never in my 37 years have I seen someone so unprofessional and rude in my life!!! This woman not only degraded other people working she had the foulest mouth and poorest attitude I have ever seen in customer service!!! Her cussing out door dash drivers and making the comment that she can't stand any door dash driver and they need to get a real job is absolutely uncalled for. Then to stand behind the counter and make jokes about them with her foul language sent me over the top!!! She needs removed from this facility now!!!

The service was slow. The floors were sticky. Our whole order was completely messed up. Half of our items were missing. The double quarter pounder my husband ordered was still raw in the middle. Plus they didn't put bacon on a bacon double quarter pounder. Put sauces on two plain cheeseburgers at weren't supposed to have anything but cheese on them. Apparently it takes a college degree to take orders for frozen food items now.

I always come here every day to get lunch a spicy chicken sandwich large fry and a tea. They got a new guy working in the back I think his name is Jordan man he is awesome. My food is always hot and made right. No complaints but the other day some woman who has a boot on her foot bc I think it's broke got the worst tattoo with me when my chicken wasn't cooked all the way. Told me it wasn't her lro6that I would have to buy a new one. I won't go back there unless that guy Jordan is working. He seems to like his job pretty good and doesn't mind refixing the food. The woman's name is brandy and trust me you don't wanna deal with her she's rude and very disrespectful. Till they get rid of her I may not come back. Jordan you keep doing a good job McDonald's won when they hired you. Any way beware of the woman in there

I don’t usually leave reviews but I had a really bizarre experience here. I ordered through the app to pick up at the drive through, when I got there, the lady argued with me through the speaker, saying I hadn’t placed an order. She told me to cancel it, but the app wouldn’t let me because my food was already made.

I went into to the store and showed my app to the employee, only for the manager to snatch my phone and take it into the kitchen. Turns out lady at the drive through typed in the wrong code and the manager just set my phone and food on the counter and walked away.

Order through the app. Get to the store at 930 p.m even though the are supposedly open till 12am. Get told that they are closed and that the charge should bounce back. Id say unreal. But this is mcdonalds after all.

Ngl everytime I come here for breakfast I get my food then wait an extra 10 minutes for my coffee bc for some reason they’ll put your food on the counter without your drink, and not a single employee acknowledges you’re standing there for 15 minutes.

I understand this place gets very busy with long drive thru lines and the staff works very hard but it’s same shit different day

I came to McDonald’s looking for a quick bite and left questioning every life decision that led me here. The fries tasted like they’d been waiting for me since the last presidential administration, and my burger looked like it had lost a bar fight. The ice cream machine was (of course) broken—at this point I think it’s just part of the décor. The staff were friendly enough, but the food took so long I started wondering if they were out back growing new potatoes. I love chaos, but this was next-level. 10/10 would not recommend unless you enjoy disappointment with a side of lukewarm regret.

Been in the lobby a few times recently. To hear managers and other crew talk about everything going on and badmouthing employees is ridiculous.

The employees are always pleasant no complaints there, but come on guys, what are we doing here?! A fish fillet meal with no tartar sauce and a piece of cheese that seems like it's been cut in half and it's sitting on 1/4 of the bun with the rest melted to the box. I know you would never make a sandwich like this for yourself, there at work, or at home. At least there, you're paid to do it.

Staff working the drive up second window was rude not friendly.

Forgets half your food so you have to come back to the drive up
Where once again your met with rude person working the food window!

Management needs to train employees on customer service.

No one wants to get food from an establishment where you have to deal with unkind, unprofessional, employees.

Too many other places to get my lunch from where staff is friendlier.

Morning staff is always great.
