the gal at the window handed a drinking that was root beer, almost clear and said it was out. told her was we'd like instead, went to hand her the cup back she slammed the window. another worker came, took the drink and said he'd change it when told she said it was out and handed clearish drink. wait for a long time. went in, stopped half half way, spoke to off clock employee. worker got very close to me, said root beer will not be refilled do you want something else. I said well. that's all I got out when she said very rudely, yes or no. I said now wait a minute here. she said loudly yes or no. my daughter stepped in front of me since Im not completely healed from open heart surgery and told her not to talk to her mom that way. the girl pushed into my daughter into me then stepping back and said we really gonna do this right now? worker pushed between my daughter and I knocking me out of the way. Worker then walked out, daughter was so upset trying to protect me, ran after her and pushed her down. (yes, she shouldn't have and in trouble now but done in protective mode). I was walking out and worker was walking in little hall at 3rd window followed by supervisor/manager/lead whatever, I tried getting out of way but she barreled into me with him seeing. I said you seen that and he said yes I did. what happened? now that was Twice I had been shoved.

Was truth told? did Corporate watch the tapes and did police do their job to the fullest by ignoring how the employee on the clock push a customer that didn't do anything but yell for manager to call police. These are 2 separate incidents but not treated as such. I've been serving customers in management positions for many years. and THIS is inexcusable. I doubt this will be posted but I hope it's read.

Sat in line for well over 20 min being moved up as they said food wasn’t ready! Sat there for a additional 10 min then went inside to be told they don’t have the order i just paid for! Mind you this is a manager! I hand her the receipt she takes it and throws a bunch of crap in the bag the order is messed up! If your a manager and you don’t care to do your job correctly then your staff will follow your bad habits. Seems like some retraining or firing needs to happen starting with the management!

Multiple times I have been here. They always screw my order up! Today I ordered the Breakfast with hotcakes, get back home and no syrup and no egg. I usually check it before I leave, however I was in a hurry today! They have a bunch of obvious addicts running the place! I would suggest them drug testing the employees! I am officially done with McDonald's! I am here working from 12 hrs away and it is very frustrating to have to chase your food when it is so easy to just it right! I would not post here if it had not happened to me nearly every time I go here!
Advertise Mcrib and don't have them or were out. Lady in drive thru apparently hates her job and was rude. Horrible customer service!
