Ive always had a great expierence here. I think this place is the best mcdonalds I've been to. My orders are always hot. Fresh and quick & my teas are always sweet as requested. Other mcdonalds somehow gets my orders wrong, but here they don't! Want hot fresh fries, just tell them and they'll give it to ya fresh!

The workers are not always the best but usually the food comes out hot and decent. Their McCafé coffee drinks are a hit or miss depending on who makes them. Clean inside for the most part except drink area isn’t always.

Kid-friendliness: Happy Meal/toys and food that most kids like.

(Update) The manager did contact me and resolve the issue.

Did a mobile order for 2 frappes and went through drive thru to pick up. About 5min after I got to window, they asked me to pull up and wait. Cars before me and many after me left within 3min getting all their food and drinks. I noticed they handed frappes to a car behind me, customer took them then later gave them back.
