Always friendly and quick service. Unfortunately, there is not a lot of consistency in quality. I order the same thing every time and never get the same drink. Sometimes it's straight syrup, sometimes it tastes like iced black coffee, and about 50% of the time it's perfect. If I'm paying $8 for a coffee then I expect better. Shoutout to Kim though! We love her!?

I got a coupon in the mail for buy one get one free. So figured I'd try it out. We got a small iced mocha which wasn't stirred at all and tasted like milk, and a cinnamon toast crunch latte that tasted burnt. The bill was 8.90.. I asked if she put the coupon in and she did..So It's 8.90.. for a SMALL drink!Go to Modocs in town or Aroma in Peru where you can get two medium drinks for that price without a coupon, and I guarantee they will taste better.And the atmosphere at those places feels like an actual coffee shop and the service is amazing.I guess if you're into an overpriced fastfood setting with little to no care put into your drink, Scooters would be the place for you.I'll Scoot my way down the road to Modocs.

Expect to be "violated" while paying for your fix. Every product I have tried is very good. However, when two birthday cake balls and two caramel frappes cost twenty-five dollars, I don't stop often.The staff is always very friendly and the service is quick.Parking: Very limited parking. About five maybe 6 spots.

I was given a hot Americano when I ordered Iced. They poured the hot drink over some ice and handed it back to me. All the ice melted immediately and it was still warm. They said they would fix it immediately and asked me to pull around the other side of the building. There was only one other car in the line. We waited several minutes and they never brought out the drink. Not sure what is going on there—but it isn’t good.
