This used to be one of our favorite spots to eat. I haven’t been here for a while due to moving out of town. But let me just start out by saying it has went way down hill. Menu options changed. Which was a literal shock to me. I ordered a wrap and they were using flat bread. I said I wanted a wrap. The associate then told me they no longer have wraps that the flatbread is now what they use as wraps. Totally disappointing!! Also, I asked for extra meat on my 5 year olds sandwich per my son’s request. The associate then said they were not allowed to due to it ringing up free. I said cant you charge it to my foot long sandwich and just charge me extra ? He said no because then he would have to put a ton of meat on this little piece of bread… my son was upset. I had to purchase cookies to make him feel better. Lastly, let me also state this is the only thing I’ve eaten in 32 hours. As I finished half my sandwich.. a little sharp thing is now lodged in the roof of my mouth. I had a family member look at it and he said it looks like a metal bristle from some sort of cleaning sponge. Now I have to try to use tweezers to try to pry it from the roof of my mouth and it’s causing me a lot of discomfort. I I’ll never eat here anymore.

My husband went in to get a flatbread footlong and the server made the sandwich sideways making it basically a six inch and when my husband brought it up to the server he said ā€œhe doesn’t know how to make it since he is new.ā€ The manager then came over and said that’s not supposed to be how you make it; the server then said oh okay and continued making it incorrectly. Then the server said ā€œwould it taste better if I flipped it the other way.ā€ We are very disappointed in this subway. They basically made a six inch and charged for a footlong. Both employees were very rude!

Worst customer service of all subways.. we went inside 2 people taking care of just one person, they couldn’t even make two sandwiches at a time, after 20 min waiting they didn’t even say hello to us, they siding even look at our eyes. The worst, don’t go there we left!!!
