One of our sandwiches was a 6inch BLT. it only had two pieces of bacon on it.None of our sandwiches had sauce on it. We placed an online order. The app told us our food was ready and we still waited 20 min. Finally went in and still had to wait for our food.

Understaffed. There was one worker and it took probably half an hour to get our 4 subs. Also they do not honor any subway coupons or promotions. Kind of messed up if you ask me.

I am very disappointed in this North Wabash Subway store. The help is great but the owner does not keep the fountain drinks available for customers. I have been in there multiple times where the lemonade is out and nothing but water, and today I went in and none of the fountain drinks were working, so I had to take one out of the cooler refrigerator. I think I will start going to the South Side Subway from now on as this is getting much too frequent. This is the owner's fault!
