Got a $35 dollar steak that I was excited for. Never been to this restaurant and this thing was greasy and disgusting.

12/19 Arrived early for 5:15pm reservation. Was seated immediately, good start. We were missing some silverware and bread plates. Silverware was eventually brought but not plates. Ordered appetizers and mentioned that we were seeing the show at The Honeywell Center at 7pm. Should have been plenty of time. Appetizers came out in reasonable time. Very small portions. Still no plates. Asked again, eventually stopped another server who brought them to us finally. Ordered wine, was about half the pour of most of the patrons around me, but at least it was good. Waited for over 30 minutes to get soup and salad. At this point it is 6:30pm. Server then said she thought show didn't start until 7:30pm. We need to leave at 6:45pm. We got our meal at 6:40pm. Suffice it to say, we shoved the food down and boxed the rest. Food was adequate but not rememberable and not worth the price. We were able to leave by 6:55pm. Walked into show as they began. I went to Twenty based on reviews. I don't normally write reviews but I have noticed a trend since COVID, that service has really gone down in restaurants. Twenty may have had staffing issues but the reality is they didn't prioritize getting us out on time. 90 minutes is plenty of time for a meal at any restaurant. If the food was out of this world, it may have reduced the frustration but it wasn't. Disappointed. Hope it was just a bad night and not a regular occurrence.

This was the sixth year my siblings ( total of 10 people) have met at the restaurant for a Christmas get together. This year, they would not make reservations earlier than 7pm on selected day. Day of event they kept reminding us they closed at 8pm. Why would they schedule 10 people that late and expect them to be done in an hour? It took that long to get our food.

If you would have asked me for this review 6 months ago I would have encouraged you to eat here. The staff was friendly and gave us interesting facts about the hotel and restaurant. The food was wonderful and the menu has a nice range of pricing options. I don't know what has changed, but my group decided we probably won't be back. The staff seemed stand-offish and said they couldn't find our reservation. Then admitted that they didn't have anyone checking the online booking system. Really? Then why offer it? Several items that were favorites of ours have been removed from the menu and replaced with higher priced items. The food arrived at our table warm, not steaming, not even hot, warm. It was disappointing all the way around.

We stayed at the Charley Creek Inn and enjoyed a lovely breakfast. Service superb, along with most of the food. Bacon eggs and hash brown casserole were 5 star. However, the pancake was the worst one I have ever had in my life. It was literally 1/16” thick and completely wet and chewy. It’s like the chef forgot to put in leaven. I simply could not eat it. I didn’t complain, as everything else was superb. I would highly recommend.

We were visiting from out of state and didn't realize we needed reservations, but the maitre d seated us anyway. We had the prime rib, and it was delicious. The green beans and whipped potatoes were perfectly seasoned. We didn't have the best service, which is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars.

Poor service, we weren't severed bread at the beginning of our meal as other customers were. My baked potato was cold when our server made it back to our table to see if she could get us anything and I had finished my beverage 10 prior to that.

They were out of Walleye (we were the first ones to arrive), the jambalya was nothing special and the salmon meal was over salted and had way too much garlic. Very disappointed compared to times that we have been there in the past.
