“I just want to clarify something. This mcdonalds is a truck stop , it's in a small town. okay now. they are under staffed and over worked. they have 4 people doing the job of 20. they cook and clean not only the areas where food is made but where we make messes. they take hundreds of our orders a day. they are bound to mess up. but we are all humans. I was in there today , the day after Christmas and there was a sweet blonde lady who was clearly stressed BUT did she snap on people rude to her , no. she just said she understood and took their verbal abuse with a smile. she came out and talked with my kids and cleaned tables all while still taking orders and taking orders to people in the drive through. maybe we should idk clean up or messes too and not be pigs and leave our trash everywhere ? weren't we raised to clean up after ourselves . they get paid maybe 14 a hour. even if paid more they don't deserve us abusing them. they are someone child too.“

“Excellent service from the night crew. We'll managed and very efficient. I saw them pull the fryer out and clean behind/under it while I was there. That alone made me feel good about my food. Attention to detail, not taking shortcuts. All in all a very good experience. Good management makes for good employees. ?“

“You can't go wrong with an egg McMuffin. There were at least 6 other choices for a similar sandwich. Trying to be all things to everyone has driven me away from being a daily customer. Most of the alternative choices are not fit to eat not to mention their unhealthy attributes.“

“Good service, good food and good portions. The reason I will go back when I'm traveling I-69 is that I mistakenly left my credit card there. I'm 2 hrs away, so couldn't really go back to get it. The waitress who answered the phone gave me the owner (good for her), who then mailed the card back to me using Priority Express. That cost him as much as my dinner! It was his idea to do that for me. What an excellent business ethic! Bravo!“
