“I just want to clarify something. This mcdonalds is a truck stop , it's in a small town. okay now. they are under staffed and over worked. they have 4 people doing the job of 20. they cook and clean not only the areas where food is made but where we make messes. they take hundreds of our orders a day. they are bound to mess up. but we are all humans. I was in there today , the day after Christmas and there was a sweet blonde lady who was clearly stressed BUT did she snap on people rude to her , no. she just said she understood and took their verbal abuse with a smile. she came out and talked with my kids and cleaned tables all while still taking orders and taking orders to people in the drive through. maybe we should idk clean up or messes too and not be pigs and leave our trash everywhere ? weren't we raised to clean up after ourselves . they get paid maybe 14 a hour. even if paid more they don't deserve us abusing them. they are someone child too.“

“Excellent service from the night crew. We'll managed and very efficient. I saw them pull the fryer out and clean behind/under it while I was there. That alone made me feel good about my food. Attention to detail, not taking shortcuts. All in all a very good experience. Good management makes for good employees. ?“

“This place workers are lazy. Take too much time to prepare a sandwich. This is unacceptable. Because once I work for McDonald's as a manager in Toronto. What I saw there is no floor plan to get thru the busy time. It's a disaster specialy to truck drivers.“

“My wife and I stopped in while traveling. Menu had a great variety, and dining room was clean. I ordered the turkey Manhattan with cottage cheese, she ordered the tenderloin dinner. My turkey was so dry I couldn't chew it.My stomach has problems digesting dry meat, so we traded. Her tenderloin was good, both mashed potatoes lacking salt/pepper and like paste. When asked how the meal was, we explained that one meal was completely inedible and one plate was left nearly untouched. She said she was sorry before charging full price. Next booth nachos looked great though.“
