“It is difficult for me to understand such a wide range of reviews for this place. My wife and I travel a fair amount and we almost always rely on reviews when picking a place to eat. Seeing the 3.6 score on the Pallete, an American Eatery, we were reluctant to eat there. We stayed at the Wyndham, overslept a little and decided to have breakfast next door at the Pallete since is was very handy. Besides, how can breakfast get messed up anyway, right? We were very pleasantly surprised. I had the egg, ham and hash browns. My wife decided the veggie omelette. I fully expected the typical slice of processed ham, but received a generous portion of whole ham. You could tell it was cut right around the bone. Very tasty and quite a treat. My eggs and hash browns were great. My wife couldn't quit talking about how good her omelette was and tried to identify the seasoning that gave it such flavor. The server was super and facilities very clean. Food was great and prices very reasonable.“
