Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

20 minutes waiting in the drive thru for an order I placed online! Several customers got angry and just pulled out of line and left. The chicken was as dry as a bone, and hard as a rock. Not to mention suddenly have pieces half the size of what they used to serve. Until the last couple months Popeyes was my favorite! Not any more. I have gotten shoddy service AND bad food the last two times I went here. FIRE this crew!!

Went for lunch through drive through. They asked me to wait 3 minutes for fries. So you would assume they would be burning hot. Went 5 minutes down the road the fries were cold as was my chicken sandwich. Got three pieces chicken tenders for my mom and they gave me three piece dark meat chicken. Crap for nearly $30!!!

I was so excited to have a Popeyes in our area but this location has been a hit or miss with under cooked chicken, missing items, long wait times etc.. my last and final straw when I waited for 20 minutes with no complaints and get home and taste spoiled red beans and rice!!! I spoke with the manager no apology , rude, and very dismissive! I filed a complaint but know response because it’s privately owned. I tried to get it rectified before making a complaint with BBB, social media, and Warsaw health department. This is not about money but the principle of the matter in the way do business and treat their customers

Expensive tenders ($14 for 3 tenders) and they came to us cold and clearly old. Drive thru was a weird experience. All that was left to hand us was extra sauce and a water but they told us to pull up and wait for the water and sauce. Ended up going in and just asking for water and sauce - weird.

Bad experience, not coming back.
