They weren't even busy so I used the drive thru and still waited almost 30 minutes. I had 2 cars in front of me that were helped within minutes of me pulling up and after they left I was the only person in drive thru for the next 10 minutes. Then more people showed up and the people behind me were being served before me. I only had 4 simple items. The guy who was bringing everyone's food out had his rear end hanging almost completely out of his sweatpants, but he asked me what my order was so I repeated it and informed him I had been waiting almost 20 minutes by that time. I then decided to go in and get my order and a woman behind the counter, who I'm assuming was the manager, started running her mouth about me before she noticed i was inside. She was very unprofessional and disrespectful. This place is an absolute joke and should be shut down. Judging by the multitude of others saying the same thing over the last several months I can only assume the GM or owners could care less. Nothing here will ever change. Do yourself a favor and go to the one on the other side of town.

Terrible service very very slow not fast! Honestly they need to shut down this location or have new employees that care. Not only are they slow they will tamper with the food. I found a toenail in one of my burrito. Yeah never again this ruined fast food for me completely!

Franchise owners not corporate, makes it harder to find information. Gretl is the main leader and it's ashamed the main leader can't put her prude down and do her job accordingly!!

My service was horrible, an employee was harassing my partner making them uncomfortable asking them about their appearance only when I would walk away and was outwardly flirting and staring, my food consisted of 5 items 2 of which were nacho cheese and a drink(not food products/doesn’t take much time to make) took 40 minutes to complete all while one manager is yelling about an employee being fired if they walk out and the other and making jokes about suicide. As a customer and from prior experience in management with fast food, I’m severely disappointed.

This team is always friendly, prompt, and courteous. They always do a great job, to the point I don’t even worry if I have everything I ordered. They’ve been phenomenal and I’ve always got what I order every time even when they’re busy. Thanks everyone!!
