TERRIBLE idea. Every time I crave Taco Bell, I forget just how crappy this particular one is. The soft tacos were literally soaked and dripping through the wrappers. The shells themselves were stale. I asked for no onions on my burritos - they had onions. And they did not include some of order. Plus the food was cold right when they handed it to us at the window, like it had been sitting on the counter for hours instead of a warmer or just made.
Leaving this review so I don't forget next time just how disgusting this place is. (We've been here four times in the 18 months we've lived in Warsaw, and it has been this terrible each time - never again.)

Asked us to order from Kiosk..while all just stood around... yet the next people to come in did get to order up front and got their food first... Didn't put all we ordered into the bag. Didn't have hot cups for coffee.. Didn't even cut my quesadilla... I mean..not asking for much, it is just taco bell, but would at least expect the bare minimum...couldn't even do that...🤦♂️

Employees do not care or are not concerned about your doordash orders. They will serve everyone else before you. Stood there for more than 30 minutes and the Employee lied and said it was being prepared. When it clearly wasn't. Stood there still. Had to unassign the order. Then customer decided to get into my conversation thus almost starting a fight which he should never have said anything to begin with. No one minds their own business there.

Where Do I Start? My Order Was Messed Up Several Times Even While Confirming It At The Window With The Cashier. One Of My Tacos Had Three Different Meats On It That I Never Ordered. And The Presentation Was Extremely Sloppy. I Can Tell My Food Wasn't Fresh At All. Plus I Received Broken Taco Shells.

Why have online ordering to make things quicker for the consumer when you still have to wait an hour (or more) after you place the order?? Placed my order at 757pm and still nothing at 840pm...

Worst taco bell in the United States, workers are rude and slow. Ice machine has been broken in the lobby for god knows how long. Machine in lobby also lacks carbonation, and drinks are warm. took 20 minutes for them to make me one single taco. I was waiting on my singular taco and all the workers kept looking around like they didn't know what they were even doing. Lobby was also a disgusting mess and stunk. Definitely don't go here if you don't want your entire day ruined.

I had a maggot in my rice burrito 4 days ago I called and all the night shift employee said that she would make me a new one. Obviously I’m not gonna want a new one when u guys got bugs. I’ll take my business to the other taco bell
