I waited 20 minutes for maybe about 10 items. The whole system that they had set up to figure out who's order was who's was extremely confusing not only for the worker but for everyone else. I definitely think there needs to be a better system in place to get food out more quickly. I'm not really sure what's going on there but 20 minutes is kind of absurd.
UPDATE: SOME OF OUR FOOD WAS MADE INCORRECTLY AND I WAS MISSING TWO ITEMS. SO OBVIOUSLY I CALL. I WAS MET WITH SOMEONE WHO WAS EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL OVER THE PHONE. DO BETTER

It was clean food was good but if you want to pay cash inside good luck because nobody will come help you at the counter. I waited 35 minutes and then finally ordered on the kiosk because my daughter was hungry or I would've left.

Definitely the worst experience I have ever had at Taco Bell. We were first told that there would be a 15 minute wait in the drive through, which is fine. But then I pull around and see one of the workers vaping in his car and it made me wonder why there was actually a wait. We then went through the drive through again because the lady said that it was okay to do so. While we were ordering the woman taking our order was very rude and unprofessional and didn’t like that we didn’t know what we wanted yet. She talked to us in a very rude manor. I know several other people that have had issues with this Taco Bell and obviously the employees/management needs to be evaluated. Do yourself a favor and go to the Taco Bell in Warsaw that is out by Burger King instead of the one by Kohls.

I also wish there was a zero star rating. First off when I walked in they was very rude and pretty much bullied me to use the kiosk because they wouldn't take my order. Then theice machine was broken they told me they didn't have any fries either. I didn't think it could get any worse. So I ordered my food and every table was filthy I had to clean the table off myself. So I sit down to eat and the chicken nuggets I got was like the very last of the bag little hard burnt pieces. So I move onto my burrito the burrito along with my little brother's burrito was all tortilla rice and cheese mind you I ordered the grilled cheese burrito which is suppose to be meat cheese chips rice sour cream and cheese. There was nothing but rice and cheese nothing else. This restraint is horrible. DO NOT ENTER. I REPEAT DO NOT ENTER.!!!!
