We are at the Texas Roadhouse yesterday, June 18, 2022 and Jewel was our waitress. She was one of the nicest waitresses we have ever had. Her service was excellent. She was so nice and kind as well. It made our dinner at one of our favorite restaurants an even more enjoyable time. Thank you Jewel.
Friendly welcoming staff. Service was poor from the waitress. Multiple people in our party had the wrong food brought to them, likely due to the waitress CONSTANTLY interrupting us when we were ordering, trying to upcharge and add on anything she could think of. She constantly made excuses, blaming her other tables or the kitchen. But the food we did receive was delicious, just not correct.

everything is okay I guess .except when I got home my order is incomple.I called and complained about it and they said I will get a free bread next time I come ,really .?My point is they should be checking everything although its my mistake that I trusted them when they said yes everything is there .It would be nice to have the bread in the meal right now but have to come again drive all the way just to get a bread.Thanks for their mistake .
