everything is okay I guess .except when I got home my order is incomple.I called and complained about it and they said I will get a free bread next time I come ,really .?My point is they should be checking everything although its my mistake that I trusted them when they said yes everything is there .It would be nice to have the bread in the meal right now but have to come again drive all the way just to get a bread.Thanks for their mistake .
We are at the Texas Roadhouse yesterday, June 18, 2022 and Jewel was our waitress. She was one of the nicest waitresses we have ever had. Her service was excellent. She was so nice and kind as well. It made our dinner at one of our favorite restaurants an even more enjoyable time. Thank you Jewel.
We didn’t actually get to eat here; but the staff and customers were amazing and helpful. A family member fell coming in to the restaurant, the customers leaving helped us call for help, had a handkerchief at the ready to put pressure on the wound, and an employee or manager was there to help as well. I didn’t get a chance to thank anyone in the chaos, and wanted to say thank you here in case anyone sees it. It means a lot to me and speaks to the kindness of others.

While some diners experienced issues with service and accuracy of orders, the delicious food, like the well-seasoned 16oz Fort Worth ribeye and juicy smothered chicken, makes up for it. Many customers highly recommend the 18 Oz ribeye, which they have never been disappointed with, and praise the house Ceasar dressing as the best they have ever had. The atmosphere is wonderful, though a bit noisy, and the servers are all great. The manager always checks in, adding to the enjoyable dining experience. The delightful rolls and perfectly cooked meals keep customers coming back, even if the mac and cheese is lackluster. The Prime rib is also highly praised, with many saying it blows high-end restaurants out of the water, cooked perfectly rare with top-notch flavor. The staff, including attentive servers like Abraham, make sure every visit is special. The blooming onion is another favorite, and food often comes out hot and quickly, with the steak being flavorful and very tender. Texas Roadhouse remains a go-to spot for many, thanks to its friendly staff and consistently good food.
