Lots of trouble with my order. For the 3rd time they got my order wrong. Wrong chicken. I had to drive back up there to get the right chicken. I asked them to replace the entire meal because side were cold and old. They did not. Then the chicken I got was soggy breading, not crispy. The biscuits were flat and about 1/2 inch thick and soggy from condensation. Come on KFC, this is a small town with smaller crowds than Louisville KY and the foods there are much better.
Whoever was working on 3/21/26 around 4:30ish deserves a raise! They were very polite, the store was clean, the food was fast and fresh. These gentlemen have it down, we appreciate you!
I took my Family in today for a Birthday dinner and the people there were great! the general manager took my order and he was awesome! very friendly and accommodating..
