The girl taking orders in drive thru was not paying attention, I ordered one thing something totally different came up on the screen, she said, "Oh, I thought that is what you wanted" no, you can't read minds..
Not one employee said thank you, or you're welcome. The ONLY employee that said Hi was the drive-up guy when I pulled up. This McDonalds could definitely use some hospitality training.
I normally try to be understanding. I ordered 6 sandwiches and I only got 4. I was craving a McChicken and a mcdouble. It took 30 minutes to get my food and ended up it's not right. I have severe panick attacks with food. Mostly when orders are wrong for some reason. I called and the lady had a bit of an attitude because of an inconvenience that someone actually wants food. Then I had to send someone back to McDonald's to get me my Sandwichs. I work for a restaurant....
