I went to get the misplaced food from my mother's order at McDonald's. They handed us fresh food and drink for the misplaced orders. They were very polite and apologized for the inconvenience. As an old fast-food worker, I understand completely how accidents happen and if you're training somebody new or in a different area that they've never worked. I appreciate all that they did to right the wrong.
