EVERY time I come here is always nice and the staff isn’t rude. But my god do they sauce up them sandwiches lol. They always taste good and never not made right, I personally just don’t like swimming in mayo or the amazing honey mustard stuff.

I placed an order online, app said ready for pickup. Went to the store and my sandwiches were still sitting on the counter half made. I waited 20 more minutes due to waiting in line. The bread on the sandwiches was unedible. Was hard on outside and soggy on inside. Would not recommend using pickup. It's suppose to be faster, but during busy times, you aren't a priority even tho you placed your order first. Giving overall 2 stars instead of 1 because both employees were new.

The foot long “Auntie Ann’s” pretzel isn’t even an auntie Ann’s pretzel it’s the same as the ones from the freezer section at Walmart and they are $3 and don’t even come with cheese idk who is eating their pretzels with honey mustard but that’s completely disgusting you can get a whole pretzel from bens for cheaper and it comes with cheese sauce wayy better

We just went around the block and all of our food was cold that we had them toast when things go from auburn to waterloo it's still hot but around the corner cold won't rather drive to auburn than fo back. They also didn't have all the coupons.

I came with my younger sister and cousins and we absolutely love the food and the people. It was clean and the fireplace was really cool to see.
Kid-friendliness: The workers were friendly and made my six year-old cousins have a great time getting lunch. My cousins absolutely loved the fireplace as well. The best part though were the cookies the kids got from the nice girl that was working.
