“This dinky little diner serves big breakfasts. For instance, I had the Covered and Smothered (or vice-versa) - taters, 3 eggs, plenty of sausage gravy and maybe cheese. Yum. I was stuffed. Under $10.”

“I love pizza and I eat pizza a lot, but Coterie’s pizza stands out among the rest. The crust is spectacular. The sauce is simple and tasty. The salads are just right. I have to say, during the pandemic I was one who bought an Ooni pizza oven. I wrestled with this stupid thing, burned myself on multiple occasions, and then quickly came to the realization that I could take the short ten minute drive from Fort Wayne to get the pizza I so desperately wanted. Why not support this local business and eat better pizza at the same time?! I sold my Ooni and never looked back. Coterie is where it’s at.”

“I love everything about 9th Street Brew Coffee House. The whole vibe is great. The staff are the absolute best and Dawn is always so kind and fun! The esthetic of the coffee shop is great too, love the exposed brick and the cozy seating area. I love the location in the heart of downtown Auburn by the courthouse square. “I went to the Auburn fair and seen Elizabeth’s lovely table! It was beautiful with many yummy looking pastries. Elizabeth was kind, full of joy and kept a wonderful smile chatting with us. We got a pumpkin roll slice, fruity pebble rice crispy and a mint brownie. The pumpkin roll was to die for, soft pumpkin bread with the yummy cream center. The rice crispy was not so enjoyable, it seemed stale and the marshmallow was very minimal that the cereal kinda just crumbled off. We saved the brownie for later and got to it 2 days later. (Got it Friday night, went to eat it Sunday morning) Now there is no enjoy by date or specification when to eat it but I assumed the brownie should be okay, but when I looked at it, it was starting to get little green fuzzy spots. So unfortunately I was unable to enjoy it. I suggest a little enjoy by sticker or vocal eat it today or the next so nothing gets moldy.Pumpkin roll was delicious and my favorite and if she ever opens a little bakery to walk in and enjoy, I’ll still come by! “We stopped in for our first time for a Valentine's Day lunch. The exterior of the building is tidy & attractive, as is the entryway. The restrooms are clean and nicely decorated. We entered the main dining room, where we were invited to seat ourselves; we chose a table next to the windows in order to enjoy the view of Hamilton Lake. Our server, Sam, was also serving about five persons at the bar, but came quickly with menus and took our drink orders. The restaurant offers a short list of draft beers, but those offered are good ones! My husband ordered the Buffalo Chicken Flatbread and i selected the weekly special flatbread, Shrimp Scampi. Our food was served in under ten minutes. Both flatbreads had plenty of meat and other toppings and were very good. We'd recommend both! We plan to return when in the area; well done, Howie's!”

“I met up with a large group (20+) people here. They did a great job of having space for us and taking care of us. The food was excellent. It's rare for me to ask for a take home container, but I was unable to finish the monster omelette, potatoes, and pancakes that were all included in my meal. “Food was delicious and easy on the stomach. I highly recommend the sushi, hot tea, crab rangoon, pork dumplings, and the General Tso's chicken. Even if some of the dishes aren't your favorite the selection is broad enough that you will have enough of what you like to satisfy your cravings. “I never remember to take pictures before we devoured everything! This time, I think we had the all meat pizza. As usual, it was LOADED with meat AND cheese. They never skimp on toppings, including the cheese. I have been blessed to actually meet both members of the couple who own this place. They are both very personable people who take pizza seriously! I have had a great amount of pizza in my adult life, having been a GM for both a Domino's and a Papa John's. The pizza that we have had here far surpasses ANY chain store pizza I've ever tasted. Everything we have ordered from here has far surpassed my expectations of a small town pizza restaurant. ?”

“I’ve been going here for years and i’ve never had a complaint for the brown house. staff is always great and food is always fresh. I understand every other fast food is doing the tip thing now, it’s nice to get tips. But i feel peer pressured to tip when you go from handing me a device and asking versus a teenager looking me in the face and asking me if i’d like to tip today. It’s not that i don’t have the money and or appreciate the service. It’s that many people like me have high anxiety and won’t be able to say no to that. I did end up tipping, that i did not want to do. I feel like the device is a much better option to ask for a tip.”

“We were 1st time visitors to Garrett IN and saw the parking lot jammed at this nice place. Always a good sign! Their Friday night fish was fantastic! Honestly, the best I've ever had, and at 75, that's saying something I asked where they sourced their breading and tartar sauce. It's all homemade by the owner. Great prices, too. This is a cozy neighborhood bar and grille with lots of charm.”
