What amazing food and beer! A little off the beaten path but the pizza was completely amazing. The cook approach is a high temperature bake producing a perfect crust and toppings heated perfectly. The dude preparing and baking the pizzas is 110% up to speed on perfect pizza making. We had spinach and artichoke... I rate it 10...And the beer is unique. Unique little place. We went on a busy day and all the staff were doing their best to keep up but there were clear workflow issues such as a lack of bus tubs. The pizza good. Seems family-owned and well cared for.

I love pizza and I eat pizza a lot, but Coterie’s pizza stands out among the rest. The crust is spectacular. The sauce is simple and tasty. The salads are just right. I have to say, during the pandemic I was one who bought an Ooni pizza oven.
