The manager at the time not sure if he’s the owner or what his name was Tim. He offered to let me get a new full slab of ribs tomorrow free of charge to make up for the ribs that I got today! Excellent service great care for the customer and great pride in the business! 5 stars just for that! That’s rare!“
“Pleasant surprise and super fast turnaround for a late night pizza. We got the mamas pride and while it could've been cooked a little more in the middle it was still delicious and fresh. Didn't care for the salad bc the chicken didn't seem fresh. overall very good!“

“We got take out frozen pizzas from Jim's, and it was way better than expected. I had heard good things but didn't have time to order fresh, so I ordered a precooked frozen pizza. It was quick, inexpensive, and delicious. It's almost too simple. Jim's has quickly become a staple for my family.“

“Great breadstix and awesome pizza. I ordered the herb and Parm stix.....omg! The amount of butter, garlic and Parm was delicious. The pizza was amazing ?. The crust was nice and crispy with a beautiful shine to it. Toppings were generous! I ordered the XL Meat. Finally a pizza place that knows pizza....cheese is a topping here. Thank you. “The food was fantastic, but service was horrendous. We seated ourselves per the signage in the foyer and then sat there...and sat there...and sat there. When the server finally came out and greeted us, they didn't even apologize for us having been sitting there forever. This was a portent of things to come because we never saw her again after our food was brought out.As we were eating several other groups of people came in and sat for nearly ten minutes before going back into the kitchen and calling out asking if there was anyone working. We were just about to go do this ourselves as we had finished eating by then and were going to be late for an appointment if we weren't out of there within five minutes. We ended up being quite late to our appointment because it took over fifteen minutes for her to come out, get us boxes for our food, give us a bill and come back for our credit cards. Considering there were only two other tables in the whole restaurant and she'd already brought them drinks and turned in their orders, I don't know what on earth could've taken that long to do those few things!! We even told her repeatedly that we were in a hurry and she acknowledged that and moved about as casually as you please like she had all the time in the world! The waitress was as sweet as could be, but clearly not cut out for the service industry. We don't hold this against Italian Grille, but plenty of other people probably would. Service is an important aspect of a business, and having an inattentive server with no sense of expediency--especially when the customer tells them they're in a hurry and have somewhere to be--can impact a business' reputation.Wheelchair accessibility: Six handicap spaces right in front of the door, three on each side of the wheelchair ramp.Nice big handicap stall in the bathroom.Limited space between tables which aren't set up in rows, so you will have to zip zag a wheelchair or walker through a maze of tables if you don't sit at the first one you come to or want a booth.“

“I went there and did their carry out, so did not get to experience the atmosphere. But the husband and wife team are super nice and the Italian grinder was awesome. It was my first time to have a grinder since moving from Texas. Highly recommend this establishment.“

“A nice local brewery with a nice food menu. The three of us who dined had no problem finding something to eat. I tried the Raspberry Beer and it was okay. Needed a bit more of the fruit flavor to shine, but overall okay. I got the fish and chips and the fish was perfectly fried. The waffle fries have a delicious seasoning that tastes great alone. I am a dipper of ketchup and still did enjoy dipping, but whatever seasoning they use is perfect!“
“I was hosting 38 robotics teams (about 10 - 15 people per team) for a large competition. The teams ordered pizza and East of Chicago delivered in a big way. The teams were very happy with the food, which was delivered on-time, nice and hot. East of Chicago stepped up in a big way. Fantastic service, great to work with for the event. Recommend considering them for your next event.“

“I just wish that they had 2 different size of pizzas not everyone wants a large pizza..Only downside was that they had problems with their card machine and they had to ring me up 3 separate times on 3 different cash registers which was a pain in the butt.“

“I used door dash and picked it up myself. I misread the time it would be ready at 6pm so when I arrived it was not yet ready, the app stated 6:28pm. So I drove to the gas station across the street to eat up some time and bought some pop and some candy, then went and picked up my food at 6:15pm. I drove home about 12min to eat, it was a little dry but tasty. I got the meat pizza bowl - lots of meat and cheese, could use a little more sauce. I also ordered the meatball plate ample meatballs and cheese but also could use more sauce, had good flavor. Both dishes came to just under $20 plus tax. A salad on the side or any vegetables from home would balance the meal. There are enough leftovers for two more servings with a side salad.“
“Good food and great employees! They have a wide variety of hot food to choose from. Fresh made salads, subs and wraps are made in the store and in the cooler to grab and go. There is a wide variety of drinks to choose from. The pizza is made fresh so you never have to worry about grabbing a stale slice. The atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming. The Casey's Rewards are a great additional way to save.“
“I don't get to eat Papa John's Pizza very often but I have liked it ever since 2014 2015 somewhere in that area. But on all the food was excellent it was hot the cheese was melted right it wasn't overcooked it was all around a good pizza “

“I love pizza and I eat pizza a lot, but Coterie’s pizza stands out among the rest. The crust is spectacular. The sauce is simple and tasty. The salads are just right. I have to say, during the pandemic I was one who bought an Ooni pizza oven. I wrestled with this stupid thing, burned myself on multiple occasions, and then quickly came to the realization that I could take the short ten minute drive from Fort Wayne to get the pizza I so desperately wanted. Why not support this local business and eat better pizza at the same time?! I sold my Ooni and never looked back. Coterie is where it’s at.“
