“I love pizza and I eat pizza a lot, but Coterie’s pizza stands out among the rest. The crust is spectacular. The sauce is simple and tasty. The salads are just right. I have to say, during the pandemic I was one who bought an Ooni pizza oven. I wrestled with this stupid thing, burned myself on multiple occasions, and then quickly came to the realization that I could take the short ten minute drive from Fort Wayne to get the pizza I so desperately wanted. Why not support this local business and eat better pizza at the same time?! I sold my Ooni and never looked back. Coterie is where it’s at.“

“Not knowing it was St Patrick’s Day, I stumbled in for lunch looking for a good Philly. Irish music was playing, good mannered customers all donned in green and gold having a good time talking and enjoying the “holiday”. The food was on point and the service great. “It’s my husband and my first time here! It seems like a more upscale sports bar when you enter. Best bar rail we have seen in a while! We let Kaitlyn our bartender know it was our first timehere. “It was good. We ordered a large everything, large pepperoni, and crazy dough. 50 dollars. It says generous portions on the box. But I thought for the price I'd get more. I've heard wonderful reviews so maybe we just ordered wrong? Pizza was ok. Sauce seemed a bit bland. Guy on the phone and in person was very nice (I read otherwise so I was nervous to call). I'd eat it again. If someone else buys or there's a great special!“

“We did a party package. $28 per kid, they got pizza, pop, unlimited play for two hours and dipping dots. We got salad bar which is $10 a person age doesn't matter, $10 even for my 1 year old so that was kind of expensive. Salad bar had a couple options but not much. Food they had was good. Pizza crust was tough, I'd recommend stuffed crust. Mgr told me he would make it right with my bill even if it came out of his own pocket, they double charged us. Everyone was pretty nice but felt kinda rushed. They have a schedule to go by for the parties which is nice but rushed and then our waitress started cleaning up our table like half an hour early and we weren't even done and no one used our table after us. Other than that they offer to help with the whole party. We spent $400 for a family of 8 plus the $28 per kid x 11 kids for our food, drinks, party and play bands. Definitely kind of expensive especially for what you get. Our kids loved it though! “The food was fantastic, but service was horrendous. We seated ourselves per the signage in the foyer and then sat there...and sat there...and sat there. When the server finally came out and greeted us, they didn't even apologize for us having been sitting there forever. This was a portent of things to come because we never saw her again after our food was brought out.As we were eating several other groups of people came in and sat for nearly ten minutes before going back into the kitchen and calling out asking if there was anyone working. We were just about to go do this ourselves as we had finished eating by then and were going to be late for an appointment if we weren't out of there within five minutes. We ended up being quite late to our appointment because it took over fifteen minutes for her to come out, get us boxes for our food, give us a bill and come back for our credit cards. Considering there were only two other tables in the whole restaurant and she'd already brought them drinks and turned in their orders, I don't know what on earth could've taken that long to do those few things!! We even told her repeatedly that we were in a hurry and she acknowledged that and moved about as casually as you please like she had all the time in the world! The waitress was as sweet as could be, but clearly not cut out for the service industry. We don't hold this against Italian Grille, but plenty of other people probably would. Service is an important aspect of a business, and having an inattentive server with no sense of expediency--especially when the customer tells them they're in a hurry and have somewhere to be--can impact a business' reputation.Wheelchair accessibility: Six handicap spaces right in front of the door, three on each side of the wheelchair ramp.Nice big handicap stall in the bathroom.Limited space between tables which aren't set up in rows, so you will have to zip zag a wheelchair or walker through a maze of tables if you don't sit at the first one you come to or want a booth.“

“I haven’t even had a chance to try the food. All I know is I called up and explained my concern that the ribs that I got were too rubbery! The manager at the time not sure if he’s the owner or what his name was Tim. He offered to let me get a new full slab of ribs tomorrow free of charge to make up for the ribs that I got today! “Went in for the first time today. The gentleman working was hosting and waiting tables. It was pretty busy but he managed with a friendly and energetic attitude, very professional. He made the experience 5 stars. Your staff is amazing, someone from the back came out to assist when needed. Please take care of your staff, they make all.the difference.“

“A nice local brewery with a nice food menu. The three of us who dined had no problem finding something to eat. I tried the Raspberry Beer and it was okay. Needed a bit more of the fruit flavor to shine, but overall okay. I got the fish and chips and the fish was perfectly fried. The waffle fries have a delicious seasoning that tastes great alone. I am a dipper of ketchup and still did enjoy dipping, but whatever seasoning they use is perfect!“

“Have had several deliveries from PH on Stellhorn. I order the personal pizza (taco) 3 different times. All three times there weren't Taco pizza toppings on them. No lettuce, tomatoes, chips, sour cream, Taco sauce, NOTHING. Our orders aren't small. We order plenty of other things. The Taco pizza is for me. So I've been disappointed 3 times in a row now. With Celiac Disease and a dairy allergy it is rare I can eat at a pizza place and not get ill, let alone it actually tastes good. The dairy free cheese they use tastes almost just like real mozzarella and the gf crust was tasty. “I had ordered 10 pizzas to be taken warm to a customer, but somehow the app didn't work correctly. Of course I didn't check my email for confirmation, so when I showed up to get my pizzas, they didn't exist. The person helping me, and I assume it was the manager, retook my order, had it ready in less than 20 minutes, and matched as closely as possible the discounts I had gotten on the app. The pizzas were a hit and I was so thankful for the amazing help the staff gave me at this Pizza Hut. After calling Oleys, Hungry Howies, Pizza Hut, and Marcos looking for a quick and cheap pizza to feed our family on a late weeknight after work, school, and high school band practice. All did not have good deals and prices were again increased, and too much when compared to the quality of pizza.We called Elmos because it is down the street from our house, and decided to give it a try.We talked to an articulate, professional, friendly, respectful and helpful young man named Anthony. He patiently provided pricing, answered questions, and gave guidance. I asked him to make sure that the toppings on our deluxe pizza went all the way to the edge, and also asked him not to put too much italian sauce on our Italian sub.It was PERFECT, exactly what i ordered, the way i ordered it, and it was really good.The toppings were all the way to the end like we asked, and the Italian sub was one of the best from a fast food restaurant, let alone in a gas station.Great job Elmos, and....Anthony did an amazing job, represented Elmos in a wonderful way, especially in a culture where it is hard to even find warm bodies. I will be back and I will recommend Elmos, as it was better than most of the other pizza chains in Fort Wayne. Pleasant surprise from Elmos. Give Anthony a raise!“

“better service and food quality. the mgr was a total jerk almost because I asked for dry breadsticks cause I have to watch my salt an normally the other manager that use to be there was great at making this with no problem. 15 min went by n no dry bread sticks yet even after our food came out and then the girl went back to get them and then 10 more min went by and now we r almost done with our food so a family member went and asked about them and they forgot and just put them in and not even 2 min later they brought them out half raw so I took them back and asked if it were possible to get dry cooked bread sticks that its already been over 20 min cause you kept forgetting n then bring me under cooked bteadsticks to 5-10 min later the rude manager up front brought them out with a grin but now they are black. I asked him as a mgr do you think this is presentable and represented fazzolis? with a smile hr say I don't know I don't eat dry bread sticks and I told him this was poor service and uncalled for and with a smile he says have a merry Christmas..this was 3 weeks ago and I'll be happy to send u a pic of all the bread sticks that I still have a photo of. I filed a complaint online before leaving and obviously this is how you people handle business because no one replied back. we spent almost $30 that could have been spent where they care about their food and customers.“

He told me he would have it remade within 7 minutes. I waited and to my surprise he brought me 3 boxes.
