Oregon sent to a different store I had to wait almost an hour for pizza get a discount for the the disconnect correction
I had great service. They got me my order fast, and the pizza was GREAT. Joel was who took my order. He was kind, respectful, and asked questions when I didn’t clarify my order. Great Papa Johns.
Placed an order today for delivery because I had back to back meetings. Received a call that Door Dash was down and wouldn't be able to deliver. Explained I was bummed but had 10 minutes to make it down the road to get my order and back to work before my meeting. When I pulled in, Ashley was literally meeting me at the door to quickly hand me my order so I could save every second. Wow! What customer service!
