I stop here for lunch quite often, and have never had a particularly negative experience. This location gets SUPER busy during lunchtime (options in teeny tiny Waterloo are lacking), but as long as you come before 11:30 or after 12:30, your wait should be minimal. The ingredients in my sandwiches have always been fresh, and the employees are attentive and friendly. When I tell them "LOTS OF BANANA PEPPERS" they don't skimp. I came with my younger sister and cousins and we absolutely love the food and the people. It was clean and the fireplace was really cool to see.Kid-friendliness: The workers were friendly and made my six year-old cousins have a great time getting lunch. My cousins absolutely loved the fireplace as well. The best part though were the cookies the kids got from the nice girl that was working.
