I paid and ordered two gift certificates. They were never sent to me when I contested the charge. It went for a couple months and they got their money, but I never got the gift certificates.
Dairy Queen in Kilgore Texas sucks. they never answered the phone. and the last time I went there, I ordered a belt buster combo, and I got a piece of meat with cheese on dry bread and floppy french fries. i paid seventeen dollars for that got ripped off. Kilgore texas sucks!!
On April 19th I took a bus load of people to eat here at the Auburn dairy queen. I was not able to give them advance notice. we pulled up, staff met us at the door, held the door, took orders in a very polite way. Their orders were up and made fresh before I had everyone seated.
