“I’ve been going here for years and i’ve never had a complaint for the brown house. staff is always great and food is always fresh. I understand every other fast food is doing the tip thing now, it’s nice to get tips. But i feel peer pressured to tip when you go from handing me a device and asking versus a teenager looking me in the face and asking me if i’d like to tip today. It’s not that i don’t have the money and or appreciate the service. It’s that many people like me have high anxiety and won’t be able to say no to that. I did end up tipping, that i did not want to do. I feel like the device is a much better option to ask for a tip.“
“Good food, seems like they are short on wait staff though. Takes awhile to get food but it is fresh. We got there at 730 pm left at 950 pm. We had two adults and two kids. Plenty of open tables but still waited over 25 min for a table. A group of four adults and a baby came in after us and got their food and left as we were getting our food. Not sure how that happened. We had to ask for refills, asked for more napkins and didn't get them so I got them myself. Waitress never took any dirty dishes off of our table. Waitress didn't know meal came with coleslaw and forgot the lettuce and cheese for my daughters taco and the tarter sauce for my fish. Waitresses stood around and talked a lot. Definitely don't expect to eat here if you're in any kind of a hurry bc they do not hurry at all.“
“No restroom, and some of the staff seemed clueless, I ordered onion rings, but got fries, when I asked about it, the young girl just got a blank look on her face and showed me where it said fries on the receipt, she never offered to make it right.This is terrible customer service!“
“I absolutely love McDonald’s New Haven Indiana Location. The staff is so nice to not only me but my 10yr old. My daughter always says “thank you” when we’re in the drive thru and as busy as the staff is at all times, they always manage to make sure to extend the courtesy to her and say “you’re welcome” when it would be just as easy to blow her off and continue on with their duties. By them, extending this appreciation, it shows my daughter that manners do matter, which means a lot to me as a mother. The food is great. They rarely get it wrong which is nice. I always request my frappe in a large soda cup with a flat top which is an inconvenience to them 100% but they get that right 99% of the time I request it. Overall their Generosity towards their customers is just outstanding highly recommend.“
“Only had two vehicles in front of me but was able to order quickly and maybe 5-6 minute wait time. Food was all hot and delicious, especially the fries (who doesn’t love fresh, hot fries that aren't doused in salt). Service was very quick and friendly. I'm back in the area, I'll be back.“
“I've ate here numerous times with my family. It's always a great experience. Good food. Good prices. Friendly staff. 3 adults and 3 kids ate for around $25 after tip. Steak N Shake remains one of our favorite restaurants in Auburn.“

“The owner is so polite and personable. This business supports other local businesses as well by buying local ingredients and quirky handcrafted products for customers to browse through while they wait for their food. Oh, yes, THE FOOD is DELICIOUS and made to order! EVERYTHING about B.F.M. is FRESH: hand cut fries, quality beef, and homemade ice cream made with quality ingredients you can taste! I had the "It Bites Back" burger, and it was fresh, tasty, and delicious. I split house fries and a Big Friggin' Milkshake...both delicious...but left us regretting our decision to walk instead of drive. I look forward to going back to try more specialty burgers. The price is very affordable, so I can try them all...eventually.“
“I was visiting from out of town Monday evening after Dave's Burgers was recommended by local friends who love this place! The food was absolutely delicious! My only concern was a young man, high school age with brown hair and glasses at the counter who was making fun of another customer who had a stutter. Very inappropriate and sad to see.“
“This Culver’s has THE BEST manager. We stopped by to treat our sports team to ice cream and he made our visit fast and efficient. The staff even took the time to ask our athletes questions and congratulate them on their success. I know it’s just fast food but thank you for the great experience!“
