“Went in to use the restroom from a long drive. It was nice and clean and had a taste for a little something sweet and came out with a delicious ice cream cone for .69 cents!!! With today's high prices on everything it seems, this is like the deal of the century! Also had the new maple burger at another BK the other day and it was amazing too.“

“Idk who thought bringing in that unprofessional joke of a general manager they have now was a good idea, but that was a bad business decision. That general manager Tracy doesn’t know how to deal with customers, let alone problems. I was in today, me being there for a whole 30 seconds sent the GM into a spiral apparently as she saw me walk in yet still proceeded to rudely ask me “WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?” Food. That’s what I was waiting for. Which is what I told her. When I got my food, my son’s burger looked like it had coffee spilled on it. One worker noticed my issue and promptly told the manager I had an issue. She rolled her eyes and came to rudely ask me what the problem was. When I showed her the BROWN liquid on my son’s burger and wrapper, she had the gall to tell me it was normal and it was “cheese sweat from it being so hot in there.” (That’s what you tell a customer about their food? GROSS) To which I responded with “Cheese is yellow though.” Made no sense. She made no effort to make it right though the worker did offer. She turned around to yet again stare off into space or rudely glare at the workers, probably embarrassed at the pathetic excuse she had just given me about sweaty cheese. She is the sole bad review for today.
Now having said that, I go there all the time. Never had an issue when the General manager isn’t there. Today was my first extremely negative experience. The other managers are FANTASTIC! I know them all. The crew members are hilarious and friendly, I know most of them. Food is always made right and fresh. Lattes are top tier delicious. That location needs to drop the general manager. She is dragging that place into the ground and leaving the workers to pick up her slack. They all deserve a better leader. The workers have enough crap to deal with from rude or impatient customers. (Being cussed at over food is crazy behavior. Customers need to do better!) They now have to add a rude and very lazy GM to the mix. Promote one of managers to GM. The workers, customers and store would be better off.“

“This was my first time ever at a Culver’s since we don’t have them in NJ. I didn’t realize you have to pull up to a designated spot so they bring out your food and the spots are not marked, so I ended up driving all the way around. The employee was very nice, asked if I forgot to order anything and I explained my confusion.
The food was worth it, tasty butterburger and delicious root beer float. The cheese curds are like small mozzarella sticks. I hope they bring this franchise to NJ!“

“You'll be glad you stopped. Wonderful little roadside diner. Quaint 'home town' experience. The place hasn't changed much at all in 50 years. The food came to the table piping hot and in a timely manner. The service was very good, cheerful and attentive checking on us at regular intervals but not too frequently. Don't drive by if you're hungry.“

“The question should really be “what do I NOT recommend” cuz it’s an easier answer…nothing!!! The staff is friendly and attentive, the newly renovated interior is so inviting! And Liz and her team did a GREAT job decorating for the season, AND Santa came!!!“

“McDonald’s coffee is my favorite. As a healthy choice eater the only breakfast item I order is egg McMuffin no cheese. This morning was disappointing as it was literally soaked in butter. I had butter all of my hands and dripping out of my sandwich. The next time I come in to town for work, I will go to the grocery store! But I do recommend the coffee“

“I've seen ads for this place in the lake magazines, but only recently did we decide to go and meet some old friends there. It's a bowling alley, not much else to say. The food is decent and the staff are friendly. We don't go bowling much, so all in all, it was fun!“
