“Tonight we ordered pizza bowls from Papa John’s for delivery. A bit later, Brook looks out the kitchen window and here comes our delivery boy WALKING in the yard, not a car in sight! Brook goes out to meet him and come to find out, he drives a low sitting car and didn’t think it would make it up our driveway without dragging. Now, instead of calling us (assuming our # was printed on the ticket) OR driving back to the store and calling to let us know he didn’t think he could make it, he parked his car at the bottom of our driveway and WALKED….or I should say HIKED….up our driveway to deliver our pizzas! That right there is job dedication!! We didn’t catch his name and I don’t think I am friends with any of the workers/owners but he needs to know he’s doing a GREAT job!“

“Waiting over a half an hour for them to make 2 cheeseburgers and a happy meal, while serving everyone that came in after us. (UPDATE: Once I complained about the wait they gave me my food and full refund, so they made it right. Thought I should add that ☺️)“

“I called in to order pizzas for a large family. Everyone wanted different items. I wasn’t really sure how to get all that I wanted so that everyone had what they liked. A lady named Jill helped me. She was so awesome and kind over the phone and help me get everyone pizzas and told me about a coupon even for one of my items.“

“Even though the person who helped us couldn't speak English well, he knows his condiments. He also made sure it was fresh. My husband ordered tomatoes on his, the worker didn't like the way they looked, tossed a few in trash and got fresh cut pieces. I give him 100 percent!!!!“

I made a mistake once when ordering through the app and they not only helped me fix it, but the next time I came they gave me a free extra sandwich with my order ♥️ I don’t understand the bad reviews..if you’re nice to people, they’re usually nice to you.“
