Come to this place if you want minimum options and long wait times! $3 for a little bag of chips? This place is a ripoff!

The food was okay. The service was courteous but slooooowww. The restaurant itself was a clean and pleasant space. However, the bathrooms, which are shared with other businesses in the same building (and probably not the responsibility of the restaurant owner) we're unclean and smelly. I probably would not return, to be honest.

Caleb was the only person working. We got into line at about 1005 and got our food about 1035; someone please get Caleb some help. That poor guy was working so hard.
The wait is worth it though. Definitely not disappointed. As soon as you get to the register you see a sign that says this place is not a fast food restaurant and each bagel takes a minimum of 5-7 minutes to make.
The parking can be a bit much as far as finding somewhere but it’s such a nice area to walk. It’s directly across from the beautiful atrium. The food is made fresh and the location is in a beautiful historic building. The food was fresh and hot and absolutely delicious!

Good place if just going for coffee. If you are going for food be prepared to wait. Bagels were okay. Decent number of options and seating.

Best coffee I've had in ages. Bagel sandwiches are pretty good, although messier than I tend to like. Amazing service. Mostly taken up with shelves selling other things instead of seating, so some people have to go into the apartment lobby to find a place to sit.

Forget everything you know or expect about bagel sandwiches. The packaged bagels are prepared by steaming them. In my 50+ years eating bagels, I’ve never seen them prepared this way. Imagine taking a bagel from the package and soaking it in hot water for 2-3 minutes, prior to adding various toppings.
This creates a slightly soggy, gooey experience with a mouth-feel like nothing you’ve ever put in your mouth before. In my mind, I picture Gollum from Lord of the Rings biting into a live, raw trout.
The flavors were fine…nothing special, nothing terrible.
Same with the chai and the macchiato…they were passable.
Had a bottle of water listed on the receipt as “Aquafina” but was actually some off-brand local bottled tap water.
Staff was friendly, but not really helpful. Didn’t know there was an option to select a specific bagel flavor until I mentioned it. Food and drinks came out separately.
Overall, ok experience. Whether the “steamed” soggy bagel thing is what’s been missing from bagels all these years, we’ll see. Maybe this cafe has cracked the code that everyone else has missed.
They have a welcoming chalkboard demonstrating inclusivity for all.
They also have a sign explaining all the ways you should lower your expectations while there (slow service, out of stock items, etc)
Also, the floors are very dirty.

Loved the food and drinks here. The two servers were helpful and efficient. I thought this was a WAY better deal than the place across the street for breakfast.
The coffee drinks were FAR superior. So much so we went back twice during our one night stay.
