First, the service and attention to detail is off the charts. This is a Marriott-managed student-run hotel, and it really, really works. There is good service, and then there is service where people act like they are glad that you are there. The food overall was good-plus. The Crab Croquettes are one of the best starters I've had. The shrimp was extra large and fresh. I ordered the pork chop, and it was good, but I wish more fat had been trimmed from it. It wasn't worth...
Great fine dining experience. The food was amazing . We all raved about the quality of the seafood. Our server , Paul, was inviting and kind . He made great suggestions for our meal.
We enjoyed our experience at 8Eleven. The goat cheese app was awesome. The wine list was pretty good. The asparagus was overcooked with my steak and the steak was so so. I called to tell the restaurant is was one of the peoples birthday prior to arriving and they forgot to do the complimentary dessert or mention the birthday.
