I went recently with family. the service was slow. 15-20 minutes for the server to come to our table and greet us, another 15 minute to receive drinks, and another 20-30 minutes to receive our food.

We ordered water with lemons. The lemons looked old, already used, and felt slimy. One order was missing items, was cold, and didn't taste good. Another order was badly seasoned, and looked like it was made from scraps left overs.

If I could, I would have given a tip to the greeter. He was super friendly, always there when customers entered. If he left his station and a customer entered, I saw he was there in about 5 seconds.

He even went out of his way to get the door for my elderly parents so they didn't have to when leaving.

I used to love this place, but it's has been like this the last 3 times I've gone.

We always receive excellent service here, and the food & drinks never disappoint. I usually dine in for their half-off appetizers special, but this time I decided to try the mac and cheese with chicken tenders and it was absolutely delicious. Our bartender was friendly, attentive, and made sure our glasses were never empty. Another great experience!

Tried the classic bone-in wings, boneless wings and the classic combo. The boneless wings were pretty average and the bone-in one was okay. The classic combo had a very good. quantity.

Our server Lenda S. was the absolute best. Even our twin 8 year olds said “she’s perfect.” Thank you Lenda for making our family night out the best

Our Server “Kelsey” is so sweet and Kind, we had some questions and she explained to us so there were no doubts… She didn’t rush, and she took the time to stop and smile, she made my Husband and I feel very welcome… Applebee’s is very fortunate to have someone like KELSEY representing them… Thank you Kelsey, and God Bless you,

They put us next to others that were very loud. The place was almost empty.

The all you can eat is a joke...the riblets were horrible the shrimp the same and thought it was impossible to mess up chicken tenders but they nailed the trifecta.

We were there on June 1st. Our server was Cynthia, and even with her wrist in a brace, she was outstanding. She had drinks refilled without even asking. We were a party of 9, and 4 of us had the all you can eat shrimp, and we never had to wait to get more, and they were always hot. We had a great experience.
