First thing I noticed when we walked in and sat down is how filthy everything was, little computer on the table said it was sanitized everytime, this is definitely not the case because it was filthy and waitress removed it, food was marginal at best, and my gal threw up the next day and had diarrhea, don't waste your time and money!!!!!!

Wow! That's all I have to say. I went to this Applebee's while visiting a friend expecting a typical Applebee's experience, but instead I was graced by a top-tier dining experience I will never forget. Our server, Karis, was kind and diligent throughout the entirety of our experience. She helped us when we had questions about the menu and pricing, and she knew everything! Karis was never late to refill our drinks and was speedy with our orders, being sure to receive all of our special requests (me and my friend have some food allergies) and ensure that they were delt with appropriately. And for the food, are you kidding me!? One of the best meals I've had for the price, hands down. I had a burger with a side of fries, and we got the quesadilla to share. The burger was cooked and seasoned to perfection, and the quesadilla could rival some Mexican restaurants easily. I will absolutely be returning here whenever I'm in West Lafayette again.

We had an elderly server who ignored us for most of the time we were there. But gave great service to the other elderly group that was near us. Our food tasted great, but it was luke warm from where it had been sitting for a minute.
Derek did an exceptional job tonight with our service! He was so attentive to each and every person in our party and continually apologized for the wait even when it wasn’t that long. He did a fantastic job showing hospitality during our encounter and if more people in this industry were like him, the world would be a better place!
