Good specials on campus! Near some other really good food and coffee options. Definitely a good place to stop that is quick and good quality.

We visited here and they were lovely. Love that the burgers were sourced from Purdue alum.

Affordable price for students. Food is prepared by students and served to students by students.

Nice, fancy place for an affordable lunch date with my wife! Of course, since it's run by the school, it's sort of like eating someone else's lab or homework, but I didn't mind. 3 course meal at a nice sit-down place for around $15 on campus--great deal. Check the menu online before you go, and the hours are short so make sure you get there in time. Website says reservations recommended but we've never had trouble just walking in.

I get that it is a learning experience for students, but the quality here just lacks like crazy. Ordered a burger and fries today and the burger just didn't taste right. Not sure what it was, but I could tell they pulled it off of a tray from a warmer. Assuming they were baked. The waffle fries had a fish taste to them, which makes sense since they also have fish on the menu and probably use the same fryer. The onions for on the side were a pile of wilt. Students were super friendly and helpful, but food quality is not great. Has definitely gone downhill since Aramark took over.

Staff tries new options. Service is a bit amateurish sometimes, but they try hard.

Limited hours, but much faster service than some other campus locations. As this is part of a course for hospitality management students, the daily specials rotate frequently
I like it because of the interesting menu that changes each semester or year. I like the fact that the HTM students run it too.

They have a good choice of two soups each day that comes with a roll. Too many American food places give you too much food for too much money. The daily special looks interesting, but I have not tried it as I am not that hungry at lunchtime.

This restaurant is run entirely by Purdue students who are studying hospitality. It is definitely an upscale restaurant, located in the Marriott building next to the café. Reservations are not needed - I've been able to get in whenever I wanted to. Food is good and service is excellent!
