Riley is amazing! We have been getting her the past couple months and can highly recommend a manager's hourly rate raise! I really miss the brisket tacos, dirty dubs tots, and brisket burger. Why did the best foods disappear from the menu? This place pushes out the food quite quick for a big college city. There's all the normal wings and some odd but the burgers are the real treat. I wish they weren't so expensive for basic smash. Same for the cocktails and beers, the reward program is also sad to not offer any perks for those pricey beverages.
Horrible. Went in to the bar area planning on watching big ten mens basketball game you had one customer in the dining room and only me in the bar area no one said a word to me at all for 30 minutes just chilling on her phone and then walked by me without saying anything to go to the bathroom. So I just left.

So me and my wife went to the bufflo wild wing in west lafayette. Let's just say the waitress all she did was sit on her phone in the kitchen window with are food sitting there getting cold. But let's back up and say we have already been waiting for 30 mins for are food. To make matters worse I had to go up to the bar to get a refill after waiting 10 mins just for that. Then after all that I went to talk to the manager and he acted like he did not give two shits what happened. So we will not be going there any more. đ đ€

I was given a flat beer to start but it may have been first poorâŠ..she suggested a bottleâŠâŠbrought an ultra instead of Coors but whatever. Got the right beer. Food came out with the appetizer of chicken nachos. Nachos obviously sat for 20 plus minutes while food cookedâŠâŠno chickenâŠ.barely any chips and almost zero cheese. The waitress paused and said â do you see chickenâŠ..and thats not my faultâ which was weird. I said no and I also noticed they looked weirdâŠ..oh yeah a sprinkle of cheese for $15 nachos and it was coldâŠ.like colder than room temp. I said to just take them back and the waitress said no and that I was being unreasonable and to calm down. Then insist she remakes them and shows me the 5 tiny strands of unmelted cheese to prove she was rightâŠâŠnow itâs getting real weird. Talk to the manager and she is going to take care of it. Then tryâs to get us to take the Nachos they did remake. I did leave the waiter a decent tip but that role is not for her. I knew we were in trouble when the table ahead of us she completely forgot 2 full meals and they didnât eat before the Purdue game. Horrible Experience and I love BW3âs normally. Also, no one in there and still Super SlowâŠâŠmy daughter got her food after her friends were done eating and zero refills till the manager took overâŠ.whatâs mess!

First time at this location. We sat in the bar area. Our bartender Joanna was great. Anything we needed she was on it. The drinks were perfect!!. We ordered the southern chicken sandwich. It was really good. The breading was light and it was served hot.. would definitely recommend.

First and foremost, the 38 store is now dead to me. Over an hour wait on an online order and no idea when the order could've been completed. I called the Levee Buffalo Wild Wings and despite being just as busy they really stepped up. I had my order ready for pick up by time I arrived. Will be my go to location from now on.

Went here on a Friday night and the service was horrible. Has to be the worst service experience Iâve had in my entire life. I was less offended when a server spilled alcohol that was lit on fire near my crotch.
For reference, the place was only like 20% full at that. Iâm from the states but all my friends I went with are from Malaysia. Two of them asked for alcoholic drinks but one of them did not have an id, only his passport. Our server rudely informed us that his passport is not a valid id and that she needs to see a photo id. Understandable so far. My friend decides to not get any alcohol.
My 2nd friend, when prompted to show his id, was rudely and immediately dismissed because our server saw his wallet had 3 seemingly identical ids. My friend who I donât recall saying a single sentence in response, was not given an opportunity to explain the reason why he has 3 ids (all valid ids btw) and our server said âI can get the manager over here if youâd like, you know what Iâll go get the managerâ and storms off. Soon after, she doesnât even return with the manager and says that she wonât serve drinks to our whole table.
That wasnât the only incident of the night but it was the most noteworthy. Overall, she was very short-tempered, easily offended (from nothing) and overly aggressive/defensive.
Plus after we got our food she was nowhere to be seen until we were ready for the bill. She also did not bring us carrots and celery when clearly asked to.
My friends were ok but as someone who is familiar with how servers should behave in the States, I was seriously offended by her behavior.
Eat somewhere else tbh

We have always loved getting wing Thursday! Every now and again they miss our dipping cups or our side but the last time they messed up our wings didn't put our sides in the bag and did not remember our dipping sauces... (we should've checked the bag we know.) We called the manager since we were 30 minutes away... She said she would put it as a store credit. We went to try to use it today and it never happened.. This is not the first time we have not gotten store credit or a refund. We tossed it to the side before because human error but this has happened a couple of times now.. The manager is very nice and the workers are too but its upsetting that we always have to go back for something.
