There was a whole knot of hair In my fries and there was dirt on the bottom of the fry bag, they didn't give me the right drink but the buger was good. Never eating there again.

As I was running down the street from my then stalker. I saw the bright glow of the burger king sign. I ran inside and the cashier said to me. Welcome to burger king. I said my stalker is chasing me. She quickly took me to the walk in freezer handed me her coat and closed the door. After few mins she came back and took my order which was a great surprise 3 blocks of running makes a girl hungry. I like to think of Bethany as my bk guardian angel.

I don't know who was working the drive thru about 10-15 minutes ago, but she was incredibly rude. I started ordering ordered a sandwich when I got to the speaker and was going to order a medium hash brown but she impatiently cut me off and told me to pull around and my total and then when I asked if I could order the hash browns she sounded very annoyed so I said nevermind and drove away immediately. I usually would come to this location at least 4 times a week, but it left a sour taste in my mouth and I won't be back. I wasn't rude to you and I was there less than a minute so I don't know why I deserved that, but whoever you are I hope your day gets better.

Best fast food drive thru in West Lafayette, hands down! Great service, everyone is always very friendly and professional. Food is HOT. Sometimes they forget my straw, but I still give 5 stars! I go thru the drive thru about 4X a week bc they really do have the best cheeseburgers☺️. But the reason I pick Burger King every lunch break is bc of the excellent customer service. I can get rude and grump attitudes anywhere. Keep up the great work bc you truly do make a difference!

Best Burger King in this area. That is not necessarily saying a lot. They have a tendency to get orders wrong. No toppings, wrong toppings, missing items. If you don’t mind mistakes and/or going in after you drive through than have at it.

Went to this Burger King today (Labor Day) with my son and his girlfriend. This was a unique experience and felt oddly out of place. Why? Because there was an employee (Andrew) who single handily transformed this fast food restaurant into a clean, positive, happy place. I bet it's been 20 years since I've seen someone be so happy at a fast food chain. He (Andrew) was energetic, positive, funny, friendly, and actually made people and kids SMILE. Take note Burger King and others - service MATTERS. Andrew juggled our soft drink cups, offered crowns, promoted the menu, etc.
