Chipotle Mexican Grill

Food is okay, but how come you're going to earn 15 an hour and give the worst customer service in town? I ask a tall asian lady for a bowl to go with brown rice and she seemingly misheard, says angrily what do you mean with brown rice, even towards the end she passive-aggressively tossed my bowl to the counter without writing what the order was on the bowl. I hope she just had a bad day because most of the employees here are extremely rude. No wonder why everyone on Google Reviews have similar experiences with the servers.

They take forever I waited 30 minutes for a bowl

Everytime I go and tell an employee that I have a doordash order your employees are extremely rude telling me I have to get behind the wall. How the hell am I supposed to tell an employee I have a doordash order when you guys don't pay attention half the time unless I go up to the register. No need for your employees to be dick bags. Customer service is terrible here

Oh how the mighty have fallen. I used to really enjoy Chipotle.
Today's experience was not great. Staff was good. Food was not. Several items off the line were just barely above feeling like room temperature. The rice was hard and the barbacoa and chips were both overly salty.
I purchased a kids meal as part of my order and the staff doesn't even fill those little compartments totally. Wasn't Chipotle in the hot seat several months ago for not filling their bowls?

I have been there looking for a manager I asked one of there employees about talking to a manager and she’s was rude and said what you need her for talk to me .. I said I need to talk to your manager even after that the girl was like I can’t call my manager for anyone??

It’s always busy and loud. The workers look like zombies and are rude and lifeless. You feel like cattle being pushed through the line. Chipotle is good obviously, but if you think you get small portions at another chipotle, come to this one and see what real cheated portions are.

I ordered online, but the item wasn’t ready on the shelf at the promised time. I tried to talk to the staff, but they ignored me, and no one helped. I finally received it 20 minutes after the app said it was ready.

Bathrooms have always been dirty and no changing table, but recently switched to code locked doors with code on receipt, but the code did not work. So, essentially no bathroom, even for customers.

I have noticed that one of the employees can be hostile to customers especially when he doesn’t seem to understand what someone is trying to say. Food is amazing tho!

I paid $18 for what looks to be a partially eaten bowl. Not only that, but the food never appears to be fresh, everything always tastes cold. Chipotle is a scam.
