Came in here today around 5:30. Absolutely amazing kid greeting me when I walk up to the desk. He made my bowl so quickly as well as creating a few laughs in between. Believe his name was Evan or Ivan. But absolutely made my day.

2 straight days of a pickup order being completely wrong. Last nights, then this afternoon. Get told I need to go on the app then get the run around bullshit on the app. Absolutely ridiculous

The store is always dirty, always short on efficiency, either there are enough staff or not. Serving size is half as it should be and manager is tough on customer. Also the pricing is $1-$2 higher per item compared to regional pricing. I always have to wait for no less than 5 minutes for food, either the store is busy or not.

How can a franchise tolerate running their store is beyond my imagination? I confronted the manager several times and she just doesn't care and encourage me to file charge back from bank, which I always get the money back. It's always understaffed, and for the one working, they are sloppy and does not care a bit. They are here just for money not passion.

In the picture it's a double protein brisket burrito, extra lettuce and extra cheese, extra corn with fajitas and guac. I should get way more than that for almost $20.

Ordered 2 rice bowls for pickup here, bowls are barely full, lettuce is thin meat was barely showing, drink was not ready and utensils were not included even though it was clearly on the receipt of the bag.

Good service and good drinks too

This is a much better maintained place compared to the location right by Purdue, like much better — all in terms of the quality of food, portion, customer care, cleanliness, etc.

I come to chipotle all the time, this one in specific. I have literally NEVER had a bowl like this. It is literally less than half full, the pictures really don’t do justice as to how EMPTY this bowl is. As someone who is gluten free this is really one of the only places i can eat and i am very disappointed in this bowl.

What the hell are these small proportions for like $13. Literally one piece of pork on a taco.

Food is routinely what I would expect from Chipotle. The only real negative is the tables rarely get wiped down or cleaned.
