First week of the season. Order was incomplete. Took a while to get the food. The tenderloin sandwiches were great.

2/28/2024- I don't usually do a post this quick but if you're planning to go by here today, know this now, theyDO NOT HAVE FOOT LONG DOGS!I saw the new owner on the news. He seems energetic and excited to own both locations. I like to support local businesses before a franchise so I came to try half off dogs. All I've heard is the hype of this place having great hot dogs. I'm new here so I went. I didn't mind having it to go due to the weather. I didn't mind the only item half off is the hot dog.Not having foot long dogs during your opening week is mismanagement. I feel cheated because it changed my lunch break to pick different items. This is what $16.20 will get you. Plus according to the girl with a nose ring, lip ring and long eye lashes everyone leaves her a tip. The attitude she had was miserable so I gave her $1 for bringing my food in this weather. My tip, is to smile. Don't act like the customer is putting you out. They are there to buy food from your place. If you smile more your tip will at least be the usual 20% they ask. If you do not learn to smile it's going to be a long summer if this is your only job. I say this not to hurt, but to help.I ordered the Texas Burger ? they said it had their Coney sauce. All I see is mayonnaise which isn't on the menu unless that's the sauce. I hate Mayo. The burger is bare. If I want to eat three pieces of bread there's a place way ahead of you.The sauce on the dog is okay. Not my choice. In closing I don't think I'll go back. There are better places to eat for that amount if cost is an issue. As for me cost becomes an issue if I get an attitude on my lunch. I don't know what it's like to hire kids these days but train them to be nice. There was a nice girl wearing a gray jacket who answered my questions on the system. She's the reason for the fair rating. No worries. This was my last meal. Best of luck!Parking: Lots of empty spaces. Not as busy as the other one. One reason I did come here instead.I'm wondering why the Sagamore is more busy. Oh well!

This might be one of my favorite fast food places. Everything I got was delicious, even a simple grilled chicken sandwich left an impression on me. Don’t be afraid to order things that they are less famous for because they’ll still taste

Love to eat there. But this past year the breaded mushrooms are so greasy we had a rare time eating them.

It was fun to go to this type of a driving restaurant where you had car hops. Most people have no clue what that's like and how much fun it used to be.

Everytime we visit Purdue we always eat at dog n suds and this time is not an exception. The good is good and gives a nostalgic feeling of the years we ate here. Besides the traditional Coney Dog, also try theif breaded mushrooms. Delicious!

A friend picked this place after disc golf, and I had never been to a drive-in food service such as this, but I liked it. We ate in the bench area outside as in do not like to eat in my car.

This is great place to bring family and friends as they have outdoor seating (most areas covered) for you to sit and eat outside the car (pets not allowed in dining area). Good, relatively cheap eats, including the famous tasty Coney dogs and root beer in a frosted mug. I recommend getting the basket that has tasty crisp fries and the coleslaw, which is amazing, the best coleslaw I've tasted in the area.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. Many kid meals options available.Parking: Plenty of parking!

A fun experience to try! Don't know if I'd go back though. The coney dog was good but tasted a tad bland. The root beer was nice and refreshing.

Cole Slaw was great like the original. Coney dog sauce was not the original as advertised. Order wasn't as requested. I worked at D&S decades ago so I feel qualified to say these things. We drove over 2 hours each way to go there. Very disappointed to say the least.
