I got food delivered and there was a mistake, Max helped me fix my problem and the delivery driver was really nice. Max had great customer service, and fixed the problem in less than 5 minutes.

Horrible service had to wait fifteen minutes for someone to come take the order at the desk. Both employees looked high up their mind. Had to repeat my order 6 different times and still got it wrong. They leave their phones off the hook, so you can't call in and get it fixed.

When I get home and start to serve my hungry family I was shocked at the way the food looked! First off the sandwiches looked like loads of bread with nothing on them! The Mac and cheese had so much sauce on it that you couldn't taste any Mac and cheese! The bowls that they ook it I is way to big cause the Mac and cheese barely covered the bottom. Then the sandwiches were a joke! I called and spoke to the manager who just hung up on me! What is really going on? I wish I could leave a picture of this BS that I paid almost $60 for!

I'm highly displeased....the pizza is over cooked/burnt....barely any cheese and the pretzel bites are horrible ?. I called and the store, hopefully to allow them to rectify the matter and was told that it was prepared properly. Never again ? just nasty.
