Update 8/2025: we’ve been back here for pizza a couple of times this year and have had a very different, much more positive experience. Most recently, our pizzas were hot and fresh and great quality. And the parm bread bites were outstanding and super cheesy/garlicky. Whatever has changed is certainly for the better!
We’ve tried this location several times and a couple of times the food was decent but more often it’s just bad. Pizzas are overcooked and cold when we pick them up, even though we have to wait on them when we arrive. Ordered hand tossed and were either given thin crust or the hand tossed has really thinned down. The “extra” cheese and Wisconsin six cheese both had so little cheese that much of the crust showed through. The bread bites were fine. Paid over $17 for one pizza that couldn’t hold a candle to an $7 frozen pizza. Ya win some, ya lose some, and boy we lost this one!

I tried to order online and it didn’t work so I called the store and was put on hold and forgotten about. After 25 minutes I went to the store where they weren’t busy at all I asked why I was on hold so long and got no acknowledgement about it.

I got food delivered and there was a mistake, Max helped me fix my problem and the delivery driver was really nice. Max had great customer service, and fixed the problem in less than 5 minutes.

Horrible service had to wait fifteen minutes for someone to come take the order at the desk. Both employees looked high up their mind. Had to repeat my order 6 different times and still got it wrong. They leave their phones off the hook, so you can't call in and get it fixed.

When I get home and start to serve my hungry family I was shocked at the way the food looked! First off the sandwiches looked like loads of bread with nothing on them! The Mac and cheese had so much sauce on it that you couldn't taste any Mac and cheese! The bowls that they ook it I is way to big cause the Mac and cheese barely covered the bottom. Then the sandwiches were a joke! I called and spoke to the manager who just hung up on me! What is really going on? I wish I could leave a picture of this BS that I paid almost $60 for!

I ordered pizzas at home and they were delivered to another address, I called and they gave me terrible treatment, never an apology, much less, the payment was made but they never delivered my food, terrible service.
